Waiting on the outcome of a Service visit

We received a Error Code so not sure what is occurring ? Will update the Review once we have received a Service call.

Has a lot of extra features I’m not used to (our old dishwasher was like 18 years old) so I’m looking forward to seeing how this one works. I don’t like where the controls are vs my old one, as once the door is shut they’re under the lip of the counter so a little hard to get to. There is an odd feature that opens the door at the end to air dry, but it’s confusing with the manual on how to setup or turn off. I’ve only ran one load, so far so good.

Been waiting since November of 2022 to have it fixed and haven’t been able to use it since it broke. Samsung keeps replacing parts but it keeps breaking…..3 months and no dishwasher! Best Buy won’t help because it’s still “under factory warranty”……you would think they would just replace the dishwasher and be done with it.

The sensor that is supposed to detect leaks has failed and now the unit displays "LC" even after disconnecting the power for a day. This is a common problem (per the internet). I would say it cleans "ok" but not great, definitely not the best machine I have ever had nor is it very quiet. The controls on top can get touched accidentally and also sometimes will ignore being pushed. It does do a fairly decent job of drying the dishes for a machine without a dedicated heating coil (I don't think they makes those anymore).

After twisting their arm, bestbuy sent a tech to replace it. 1 year and 2 months later, panel is out again. Even when it works, half the stuff isn't clean. Do not recommend.

I only bought it again because I now have the extended warranty through Total Tech and wanted my appliances to match. I have had problems with my Samsung double/single oven-range of the same age, too.
