I sent Samsung all the paperwork showing the delivery was made just to days earlier, but they did not honor the warranty for damaged and missing parts

Best Buy had this unit and it had good reviews. Happy so far with it. However, the install team that Best Buy sent was TERRIBLE and tried to rip me off. They then left without finishing the job saying they had to go get something to be able to finish and that they would come back. They never did. And Best Buy did nothing to remedy the situation. So I give the machine 4 stars - but Best Buy a 1 Star.

Terrible Dishwasher

It smells terrible if you leave anything in it for more then a day. It doesn't clean well at all unless you have it on the heavy duty cycle. If I could return this I would. I hate it.
