Broke twice under the 1 year warranty and broke a third time after it expired so I said forget it and got a different one. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Several times I’ve unloaded the dishes to find stuck on food. Not the quality I was expecting.

The delay start program never worked. Sometime coffee residue would be left on the dishes and the tines on the forks weren't always clean.

I see you are new to our Condensing Dry Technology. This means your hot water from the supply line gets really hot and turns into steam. When things start to cool down again, water droplets form. They form on the cooling stainless steel walls of the dishwasher instead of on your still-hot dishes (although this doesn't work as well with plastic dishes or containers, which cool quickly). Any remaining droplets on the dishes evaporate away, which is easier when the door is left cracked or you have to auto release door function. Especially the top row/rack, it is deep, so I am able to sneak in some bowls and cutlery. Cleans also really well. Just as a soft fyi, without the rinse aid, it doesn't dry the best. So pls get a rinse aid. :)

This has been the biggest piece of junk. Doesn't clean well, doesn't dry the dishes. Bought it on 9/21/2023, now on 10/3/2023 it has thrown an error code that won't go away. Apparently it is outside the return window for bestbuy after only 2 months. I contacted Bestbuy for help, no help. I wish I had purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's. They have have great customer back up for a product they sell. Had a dryer go bad 5 months after I bought it at Lowe's. They took over and got it taken care of for me within 3 days. Live and learn I guess.
