This requires that the dishwasher be powered down and wait about 15 minutes to reset the sensor. It is unclear whether this is a dishwasher or installation fault. Calls to Best Buy to request technical service have not yielded a positive result. The operator says that Best Buy does not have the staffing availability to correct the problem
