Finally I get the product and it’s defective. When I open the door it springs back up making it hard to unload dishes. They are replacing it but can’t even do it the same day. They have to come out one day and pick up then come out another day to install. I’ll update this review once the hopefully fully functioning dishwasher is installed.

We used to have another brand and lets just say German engineering is definitely better. Wish i had spent the extra $100 and got a trusted brand.
