Excellent dishwasher. Quiet and efficient! Sleek and a great addition to our kitchen.

This model is very quiet and has a short wash cycle if you prefer to rinse your dishes before loading them. I dropped it to three stars due to the basket layout. The bottom rack's tines are in different directions. If you reverse one of the units to align them, then the flatware baskets are on opposite sides of the rack. I agree this could be a 'me' thing but

This dishwasher is superb. It efficiently cleans a small or full load of dishes, and runs so quietly that you only know it’s on by seeing the light on the control panel.

Does a great job! I am not a pre - rinse person. This dishwasher handles the task! The very top shelf is great for items you can put on the side(thin spatulas, tongs, knives). Small bowls or measuring cups do not come clean up there. The best part, VERY QUIET! Love how quiet it is.

Gets my dishes clean and thats all i cared about and ease of operation

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. I had to get up and walk around the counter to make sure it was running. As for cleaning it is on par with other dishwashers. Still water on top of coffee cups after drying which is always annoying, you would think someone would fix this after all these years. Some plates still had some soiling on them but fairly i didn't use the steam function.

So many nice features but easy to use. Quiet as can be when washing. Don't even hear the clicking noises when changing cycles like my old one did. Dishes are sparkling clean when finished. Was concerned about the pop open door when finished but after a few washes it doesn't bother me at all. I love it.

Great dishwasher! It’s quiet, it cleans well and I love having the top rack for lids, bigger serving items and those loose items that don’t seem to fit other places. The storm wash is incredible! Used it to remove stains from a pan that not even hand scrubbing could remove.

Looks good, works really well, and is super quiet. The spacing in the racks is a lot tighter than our old dishwasher (a Kenmore), so it holds a lot more dishes. Even so, we haven't had any issues with things not getting clean - it works great! The door automatically pops open at the end of the cycle to help drying - which I really like (but that feature can be disabled if you don't...), but that leads to our biggest complaint about the design. When the door is "cracked" it's a full 5" opening (as advertised) which doesn't sound like much, but when you factor in the door thickness, it's enough to be obtrusive and it gets in the way if you have a small kitchen like us. With the door cracked open on the old dishwasher, it was only maybe 1-1.5" which was plenty to allow drying without impeding the kitchen traffic flow. The last minor complaint we have is that the springs in the door seem too strong. When you open the door all the way, it doesn't lay flat - you have to manually push it and hold it down to be able to pull the bottom rack out. But once the rack is out, it's enough to keep the door flat (even empty) so it's not a huge deal. We would buy this dishwasher again for sure, little quirks and all. I'd give it 4.5 stars if it let me, but having to choose between 4 and 5, I have to go with 4.

Purchased open box during covid when ours stopped working. My wife has repeatedly said, "this is the best dishwasher we've ever had". It cleans well. It has a third rack on the top which is more useful than I originally thought it would be. Very nice job Samsung!

I really like this dishwasher. All the dishes are clean without spots when it finishes. The dishwasher is quiet.

Replaced my old dishwasher with the Samsung. So far I love it. It's quiet and has a 60 minute cycle. Haven't tried the storm wash yet. The sleek design looks great in my kitchen. I'm replacing all my appliances as they break to Samsung. So far I'm very happy with the brand.

Very nice dishwasher for the price especially! The options are just like some of the higher priced washers, with a little louder db. But honestly, you barely hear it and it’s not a big deal. Easy install even for the novices! Took me 1 hour tops!

I purchased this dishwasher to replace an old dishwasher that I felt was no longer properly cleaning my dishes. I used to have to rinse and scrub off the dishes prior to washing them, so it was time for an upgrade. This unit is very nice looking, but I wish I would have gotten a model with controls on the front of the washer rather than on the top of the door. Mine sits under a countertop, so it is very hard to see the time remaining. Having front-facing controls would have been a better option for me. Also, I have noticed that unless I am running the dishes using a sanitary cycle (which takes 3h 18m to complete), the dishes seem to not come out as clean. One of the troubleshooting steps is to make sure your hot water heater temp is set at a certain degree (don't remember the temp off-hand). I have not checked my water heater for the specific temp, but the hot water at the faucets is hot enough where you can't stick your hand under the water for more than a second or two. We have just gotten into the habit of running sanitary every cycle which is probably unnecessary, but it consistently washes the dishes clean. Every once in a while I will have to run some of the silverware (always placed on the top rack) through another cycle to get them clean. I am not keen on adjusting my water heater temp higher, so I may be stuck running sanitary cycles.

After running the first several cycles flawlessly, there was a slight defect in ours where a panel needed to be replaced (thankfully free of charge by a pro) that was causing a 4C water supply error to wrongly display, thus not letting a cycle to fully complete even after resetting it. The repair fixed it and it's been a few weeks now where no other issue has occurred. This works great for us and we're very happy with it.
