I was sold on the third rack and the middle rack being adjustable. Now I can put a wine glass in there and not worry about it breaking and breaking from kids handwashing them! The bottom rack is nicely set up. I cannot fit two plates side by side so we use one side for plates and the other for bowls. I have used the storm option once on a pot that had some baked on cheese and sauce - it came out squeaky clean. I’m impressed with this dishwasher all around

The easy removal of the middle rack to wash larger items is a dream. And storm wash is amazing. Being able to load the item that needs full attention while not reducing the wash of other items is something I didn’t know I needed but now require. If you prepare yourself before the door pops open, free daily steam facial as an added bonus. My pores have never looked better and no one asked.

If you don't know the door pops open to help dry after a wash, it could come as a surprise. Our installer was FANTASTIC. He explained everything and gave some tips on usage.

The wash is good but when done on the quick wash don’t bother. Maybe if it was just glasses it would be ok. Waterline hook up is in the back, wish it were more towards the front, other than that this is a good unit.

At first I thought I would not like the 3rd rack for silverware but I have come to find out that I really like having it. I like how the door of dishwasher opens when the dry cycle ends to finish drying. The dishes are always dry.
