Love how quite it is. Love the part where it opens up to dry and it plays a nice tune when all done!

I like it. Its very quiet, cleans very well. But it took some getting used to. The door opens when done to help with the drying. I took 1 star away because I now have to always use Jet Dry because without it he machine does not dry well and there is a moldy smell. But with the Jet Dry, beautiful. I took another star away because the plastic arm broke within the first 2 months of use!! The company immediately replaced it. I live alone so I don't expect to have many issues, but time will tell.

Great item. Very quiet and many settings to allow for many ways to organize

Love it so far! I had to run a cycle with some white vinegar when I initially got it just to make sure things were clean and ready to go. It's been great so far. I've also never had an appliance that sings to me so that's a funny thing to get used to.

It’s only been a few days since our purchase, but we’ve washed three loads. We replaced our 5-6 year old Whirlpool which I believe was a lower end dishwasher. That dishwasher started leaving glassware dirty about 60-70% of the time. We just figured it was time to get a new one and we considered the Samsung Stormwash a considerable upgrade based on price, functionality, and quietness. The Samsung is an upgrade, I’ll admit, but it’s not a miracle machine. It is nice and quiet. I believe it washes better than our old Whirlpool, but some dishes are still dirty. I would say we have on average so far, two pieces of glassware and two pieces of silverware out of a full load that need further cleaning. Not too terrible, but for the price of the Samsung, I guess we expected better. We’ll try some different settings and some different detergents, and if the machine starts nearing perfection, I’ll update the review. So in summary, the Samsung Stormwash is a quiet dishwasher with adequate washing ability, but you may be happier with a lesser priced machine, as long as you can find one as quiet. We definitely would not go back to a louder one, so check those decibels before you buy. Also, as a side note, make you you check your electrical setup before purchasing. Some machines come with an electrical cord, and some don’t!

Cleans great and is extremely quiet. I was worried how well it would dry since I didn’t realize it didn’t have a heated dry but as suggested in the manual if you use sanitize rinse it greatly improved drying and our dishes come out as dry or better than our old Kenmore dishwasher with heated dry. I found without sanitize rinse the dishes still get dry but some plastics may have a very small amount of water left which is acceptable to me and I now leave sanitize rinse off to save time and a small amount of money by not having to heat the water to sanitize levels. Have only had it for a little over a month so can’t tell how reliable it will be but so far we are happy.

Love this dishwasher. A great feature that when it is finished washing....the door pops open. It automatically opens to air dry the dishes at a certain point so when you are putting them away they are fully dry!!

We love our new dishwasher! It's quiet and has intense cleaning ability.

After 8 days the unit was leaking and while it was resolved quickly, it is very frustrating to need a repair due to a quality defect. Overall the unit is extremely quiet and does a good job washing dishes. Item on the top level do retain water if laid flat. Also, items with long handles such as spatulas and spoons must be washed in top rack as they do not fit into the utensil baskets.
