The best thing I love about this dishwasher is how quiet it is. My kitchen and living room are connected and I would never run the dishwasher if I'm watching TV because I'd have to turn the TV up. I don't even hear this one running unless I intentionally listen for it. The racks are well-designed and load more dishes than the previous one, and the third rack is a really nice option to have for utensils, etc.

I replaced a 20 year old GE Performance Plus unit and the difference in the level of noise and the cleaning power is phenomenal.

It arrived on time and was easy for my husband to install. As soon as I went to use it I regretted choosing the third rack design. It just takes too much space away from the bottom rack, in my opinion. Sure, it’s nice to have a tray for spatulas, etc.. but not at the expense of so much space taken from the bottom rack. It can’t fit a cookie sheet or a pan without laying them down, taking up way too much room. Willing to live with that, I proceeded to run my first load. Awful! Did not do a good job of cleaning dishes at all. I was so disappointed and told my husband we are returning it! He thought that maybe enough hot water wasn’t getting to the machine during clean cycle, so he replaced the hose tubing.. at the same time my sister recommended Cascade Platinum. I had always had great luck with regular cascade with my old washer, but she insisted I try the platinum. Well i don’t know if it was my husbands adjustments or the dishwasher tab change but now my dishes come clean so I like the machine better. Still not a fan of the design, but I can live with it.

I've had the Bosch and I have to say I like this one better. The black stainless steal is easy to keep clean. I like the third rack, stormwash and the 60 express.

The door pops open approximately 6 inches and u have to let it sit for a few hours. It does definitely require some kind of drying agent as well. Overall I love it though.
