We are really pleased with the new design- both inside wash feature as well as outside good looks. A sharp, sleek looking appliance. The top flat rack is a great feature for odd large items like big spoons and little items too small for silverware baskets. Great features!

With the glowing reviews of this dishwasher, I considered this a forsure purchase since everything else Samsung we own has been great. However, I'm not happy with this dishwasher. Our normal sized plates don't fit without hitting the spinning water spouts, we've had bowls and mugs chip that weren't closely packed other dishes, the "efficient dry" feature that pops the door open leaves dishes wet. I don't like the layout of it either, this is probably more personal preference but I feel like the majority of our bowls and plates don't fit properly. I didn't think an old out of date dishwasher would outperform a newer dishawasher in any way but unfortunately I wish we would have kept out old unit compared to this.
