Dishes are always clean and I love it that the door unlocks so your dishes aren’t wet when you get them.

Their customer service was superb. My dishwasher is the best I have ever had and that third shelf !, although I sometimes forget I have it, is really great!

Just got to be sure to run hot water through the kitchen sink faucet to warm up the hot water line and add a little prewash powdered detergent sprinkled inside the dishwasher before turning it on. The first time the door popped opened by itself for drying was a bit of a surprise, it was like I had a Poltergeist! But it does help dry faster and of course by the time it opens its mostly dry anyway, no danger of water getting on your floor.

Super quiet with plenty of room. I even load the dishwasher now although I have kids to do it just because I like to play with new toys.

Wonderfully quiet but doesn't get the burned stuff

This unit is VERY quiet, and does a decent job, save for some REALLY baked on stuff that it didn't get from a full load (which sucked to even get off by hand, so no faulting it there, really), but those were the only things not shiny afterward.
