Great dishwasher. Very quiet and gets the dishes clean. Shelf at top good for utensils. Door releases at end of drying cycle. Inside is dry when done.

I wish I could give this a better review at this time but due to miscommunication from the installer they did not install my dishwasher. Claim that I had a piece that they cannot do the installation do too protocol. So they left the dishwasher call the plumber to install it and he installed it without any issues everything was there that needed to be there so I’m stuck with an old dishwasher that they should’ve taken away as well

I love my new Samsung Dishwasher I purchased it as an open box & nothing was missing. It's so quiet I run it while watching television. It holds a lot more dishes than my previous dishwasher.

Bought this 1.5 years ago, from the beginning my husband noticed that our dishes did not come out clean. Over the course of a year, I’ve rewatched my dishes multiple times, changed detergent, and googled better ways to load a dishwasher. Nothing changed the fact that this dishwasher still could not get my dishes cleaned. Mugs still had coffee spots inside, cups with milk still in the bottom, and plates with tiny specks of food that all required me to hand wash to get clean. Not long into owning this, it stopped working and showed the code LC. It kept blinking, and trying to drain. I ended up opening the filter at the bottom, and soaked up all the water I could see inside the tube that drains the water out of the dishwasher. It wasn’t much, but it worked. A year later, two weeks before Thanksgiving it did it again. This time nothing I did could get the code to clear. So I called Best Buy, and they sent a tech out… 4 days later. I turned the power off to the dishwasher and waited. Tech came out, everything looked fine, and dishwasher was working again. A week after Thanksgiving, and we have the LC code again. Dishwasher is 1.5 years old. It’s out of warranty with Best Buy so I called Samsung. They weren’t of any help, and wanted to send out a Samsung tech. I’m done. This model is junk. Doesn’t clean, never has, and has leak control issues. I hate that I have to spend more money on a dishwasher after 1.5 years of getting a new one. This time I’m buying the very extended warranty.

So far so good. I barely had it for few days. We will see how it works.

Dishwasher is so quiet I have to check if it was on

So far it has been ideal. It replaces an older Samsung dishwasher. Love the top tray for silverware and flat items. And the door pops open when it is done in order to cool down.
