Needs a little getting used to wish I would’ve matched the refrigerator which I got both of them black

So quiet ,no need to turn up TV like old dish washer. Much cleaner dishes every time. Dishes come out dry.

Struggling with dishwasher getting things clean. It leaves dried stuff inside our glasses when we have things on the bottom shelf and the top shelf with glasses in the middle. I feel like we have to hand wash everything first which defeats the purpose of a dishwasher.

Received it on time. Very good performance. This is the first time I am using an LG appliance. It is very quiet and cleans my dishes in perfect condition

One month after lost the warranty the soap dispenser stop working we had to unplugged it and start working again. We will never choose Samsung appliances.

Overall very nice, quiet and well built. It is on the heavier side compared to the previous model we had. Good space and having the adjustable top rack with top tray has been amazing with fitting our off size cups and utensils.

I am not yet sure how to work everything on the machine but it seems to have wonderful options

The dishwasher is easy to operate. It’s easy to load with lots of room for different size things. It’s very quiet when running.

very nice look and design but the cleaning it's not the best

Broke right after the 12-month mark by 8 days. Unit sparked and smoked immediately tripping breaker, called Samsung after explaining the issue they agreed to repair the unit, that is where the issue came in. They sent the worst most absolute repair company imaginable to access the damage and either repair or replace. After 5 min of being in my home he determined there was no issue with machine and that he would be unable to replace or repair without duplicating the problem, Samsung at this point would do nothing and the machine is still broken sitting in my garage and was replaced due to the fear it would catch house on fire.

We have now had the dishwasher for over a year. There are several features that we like about it and it has been a good and consistent dishwasher. We like how the door opens when it is finished and the trees are pretty flexible and useful

This dishwasher looks great in our newly renovated kitchen! We are a big family, so we mostly wash plates and utensils and leave pots and pans to wash by hand. However, every once and a while I throw a load of pots and pans and they get so clean. I love this machine!

High Quality Dishwasher! Definitely stylish and makes a very nice addition to our kitchen. The black stainless steel is a very nice touch. We are very much impressed.

Top notch dishwasher that was pointed out via salesman assistance that was also top notch. Very quick (usually within an hour for normal wash), and very quiet. Nice little feature where when it comes to the end of the wash, it opens itself automatically while continuing to dry the dishes. Only hiccup, is the coverings over the tableware. They are useless and only get in the way and continue to fall off. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with this Samsung dishwasher.

This was bought to replace a Kennite Elite from 15 years ago. Fairly priced, and so far no complaints. Fairly easy to use.

Nice dishwasher. We don't love the fact that we can't change the setting for it to not open when done.

Nice so far, but to early to really tell... wish the bottom rack was a bit more adjustable

I wanted to love this dishwasher. I was replacing a 15 year old dishwasher that came with my house. It was loud, slow, and started leaking around the door. Found this one, researched for weeks, finally got it, installed it, and have given it a full 2 months of daily to every other day runs and it just isn't getting the dishes clean. I am not talking about spotting on glasses, I barely care about that. But like a gritty feeling on the inside of every glass, like crumbs are sticking to everything. And I am talking like a water cup, or milk cup, and after running it through the wash, on any cycle, there is residue inside the cup. Really disappointing and to be honest, I don't have any idea what to do about it.

The first one I got leaked the first time I used it. Best Buy gave me a hard time about returning it. They did eventually did replace it after I called the CEO's office. The new one works fine and does not leak. I was more disappointed with Best Buy than the product.
