Buy the extended warranty or Best Buy is no help

It had a code that said LC. I called Best Buy who referred me to Samsung since I didn’t buy the extended warranty. Samsung is sending out a tech within 2 days to try and fix the issue. In the meantime I had to shut the breaker off at the panel. Up until this morning I would have said this dishwasher was great. Leas then happy with Best Buy with a unit that is less then a month old. I’d recommend the extended warranty if you consider this dishwasher. (Purchase 12/23/20, delivery 1/16/21, install 1/25/21 and issue today 2/17/21.

I use the Express cycle with the sanitizer option and dishes are CLEAN! The Best Buy install team were skilled, prompt, and professional. Perfect install!

I like the 3 layers for extra dinner ware. I feel like it doesn't clean as good as my previous Maytag, but this is one is definitely not as loud.

Doesn't dry

The open to dry thing assumes it's done SOME drying. NOPE! It cleans well enough but everything is always wet. It doesn't have an option to dry inside with the door closed. How crazy is that? As you can tell I hate this thing but love our Samsung fridge and washer & dryer. Oh and did I mention there's a smell I can't figure out how to get rid of in the dish washer. Bottom line. Don't do it! Find something else. Anything else is better than this one.

Inside material not so hot. Ive had to rewash some dishes and loads. Pretty dissapointed but not paying best buy an restocking fee to return it
