I purchased this dishwasher and it did not even last 8 months. The worst thing is that I was also talked into buying the "premium" GeekSquad total care support so I could have better support but that was a complete lie. Not only that but the DW never really cleaned well from day one - many times leaving fifth grime on our dishes and not rinsing well, among other things. Customer no-service at BestBuy is outsourced to an overseas department (the rep I spoke to was in Guatemala) and they are completely useless. To make matters worse, they don't actually cover anything until after the manufacturer's warranty is expired so you are paying like $200 - $300 per year, for something that isn't even covered until after you've paid for at least 2 years' service (in other words, I paid an additional $600 on a $600 dishwasher and didnt even get service)

And they come out sparkling, no matter the dish soap we use.
