First, Samsung's "AutoRelease Dry" is terrible. It doesn't dry the dishes AT ALL. Terrible feature. In addition, the dishwasher started to fall apart (where the door and seal meet) within 6 months. The technician determined it had to be replaced. (Did not replace it with a Samsung.) Went without a dishwasher for over a month. Then it took almost 2 months to our refund from Best Buy for the Samsung due to a technical issue on their part. Imagine what happens if I have a "technical issue" on my payment?!?!!? Not a good look between Best Buy and Samsung.

Made sure the setup was done correctly. Tried it again, this time it ran successful. Now it runs 1 good cycle and then errors on the next cycle with the same OC error. Had Samsung Service Out and they ran diagnostics that said it was fine. Then it errored the next cycle they left. Samsung is now exchanging the unit.

I like the auto open feature and the top rack for silver ware. Odd feature that stands out, the unit plays tunes instead of just a buzzer when finished. Absolutely love this unit
