At first we could not close the door and even live support was not able to help until we went to the store and looked at the display model and found out what the problem was. The second shelf needs to be pushed into the back "contraption" and now it works fine.

Replaced because detergent dispenser didn't open one third of the time. New replacement has same issue, but more frequent. Only works about 50% of the time. Will be contacting Best Buy for a replacement.

I have had it for a year and a month and the stainless steel tub is cracked which is insane. I had geeksquad come out to see what was wrong with it and they said they rarely see a cracked tub. Since we didn’t buy extended warranty now we’re dealing with Samsung. This has become extremely inconvenient and expensive.

Nice but dented

Cant even call the store to help me with this. I get sent to customer service they tell me to bring it into the store. After waiting months for this to deliver ill get stuck waiting months for a new one with no dishwasher. I have no time to maek it into the store so I guess I have to live with a dented brand new dishwasher.
