Doesn’t clean

Most of the reviews are good, but be warned. A few others have mentioned that it doesn’t wash dishes well. Neither does ours. The depth of the unit is a bit long as well, I may have to cut some dry wall out to get it to fit in in the base cabinets correctly. 3rd rack is a pain. I thought it would be a nice feature, but what it really does is rob the other two racks of space. We can’t fit our larger cutting board in this one, the Maytag unit that we had-worked better and fit more stuff. If I could go back a few days before I ordered this, I would prevent myself from buying it. Anyways, We’re stuck with this unit. I regret buying it. Good luck if you buy it.

The Samsung is quieter than the old Bosch but I think the old one cleaned slightly better. Occasionally there will be something on the top (middle?) rack that just doesn’t get clean, which is why I give it a 4 out of 5.

Makes it a little difficult to get longer items like cutting boards in. So quiet though you can’t even tell it’s on

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BROKE AFTER FIRST WEEK WAITING FOR SAMSUNG TO COME FIX IT, THE TOP SHELF WATER DISPENSER LITERALLY FELL OFF AND THERE IS NOT WAY TO REATTACH IT. THE DISHES DO NOT DRY YOU MUST USE A RINSE AID AND STILL WET. DISHES DO CLEAN VERY WELL AND IT IS A 3 HOUR CYCLE TO WASH.
