Only challenge we noticed is that if it’s overloaded with bowls on the bottom that the items on the middle rack may not get washed properly.

Not impressed spent at least four hours in phone calls and emails on hold many times 30-45 minutes

Good specs but poor cleaning quality.

I was attracted by the specs for programming, quiet noise and steam release, however these benefits are tempered by the poor clean quality on the top shelf. This dishwasher consistently fails to clean into the corners on the top shelf and we frequently need to hand wash some items after the cleaning cycle - particularly glasses. I think it is because of the type of filter system Samsung use - there is no cleanable filter in the unit and the tiny bits of chopped up food don’t all get flushed down the waste all the time. Detergent, frequent dishwasher cleaning and rinse aid all fail to fix the issue. The only way to address it is to not fill the top shelf into the corners and even then you need to check the dishes after each cycle. Not recommend.

There are a few possible sources of noise coming dishwasher. Below some thing, you might like to check out.
While the upper rack is removable, it must be installed for the dishwasher to operate properly. If you attempt to operate the dishwasher without the rack, the noise will occur, and the dishwasher will perform poorly.
If you'd like to learn more about the appropriate decibel levels for your dishwasher, you can go to the dishwasher's product page on the Samsung website and then check its specs to determine its specific Sound level (dBA). The link is below.

I bought it to match the black stainless steel theme in my home. That was a mistake because this washer does a pretty poor job of cleaning dishes. We mainly use it as a drying rack at this point.

Awful, do not buy this Samsung

Within months the cleaning quality is way down. No easy way to change or clean the filter. Now, BOTH upper and Lower racks are rusting out. Out of warranty so we are almost certainly stuck with replacing the racks for $400 or junking the unit
