It is dead. Before, when it actually powered on, it didn't wash well at all. Everything was dirty after the cycle is done. and it took FOREVER! 2-3 hrs!!!!

Sprays Food onto Dishes

Debris is sprayed back onto the dishes. Tried running the rinse cycle, storm, and heavy cycle options. Also made sure dishes are rinsed before the cycle. In addition, 48 dba is not quiet as other brands that I've purchased. Noise level makes it difficult to run the dishwasher at night when you're supposed to, during off peak hours to save energy.

Leaking just months after warranty ran out

It was purchased in late october of 2022, by January 1st of 2024 it has a leak in the bottom seal and it’s not a cheap or easy fix. Labor and parts are only warrantied for 1 year from purchase so I’m out of luck by just a few months. I’m still paying payments on something I can’t use until I pay more money to have the entire bottom floor seal replaced.

Its brand new. Unfortunately I cannot return it as it is past 60 days but I did a kitchen remodel so it wasn't actually installed that long. Trying to get someone to fix it from best buy is a nightmare. Using drying agent also as suggested and still come out dirty. And it dries horrible. Everythinig is still wet and need to let air dry for hrs.

This dishwasher worked fine for less than six months. One day it just wouldn’t turn on it was under warranty and came and changed the front door. Six months later the unit wouldn’t turn on again, we fixed it. Within the next six months the side rivot snapped off and we couldn’t close the bottom rack when we finally did it had a error message and was never functional again. Poor design, seal held on with a metal brace with metal rivet that break. We ended up buying a Bosch 800 and are very happy- spend a little more for quality but this dishwasher isn’t it.

Disappointed in Samsung

Since it was out of warranty Samsung gave no credit towards a replacement dishwasher. I decided to go with Samsung again because it was the only dishwasher that matched the color of the refrigerator, stove, and microwave that we bought when we remodeled our kitchen. This new Samsung dishwasher does not consistently get the dishes clean. Two strikes and I have learned my lesson… I will not buy Samsung appliances again.
