First ever dishwasher

Love that it pops open automatically to let out steam when done. I quickly rinse my dishes before tossing them in the dishwasher and so far, they have all been squeaky clean. Only complaint is that even the express mode takes 1 hr to complete whereas the other modes can take 3 or more hrs.

Have tried different soaps and does not make a difference. Samsung products are poorly made with functional flaws just made to look pretty for the consumer. Stay away from Samsung and from Best Buy’s horrible service which is horrible from delivery to the moment something goes wrong.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst dishwasher I’ve had, issues all around, doesn’t clean well at all even with rinse aid and different detergent from pods to gel, had to pay Best Buy $250 to install new racks that started to rust after some time they were under warranty but had to pay $250 to install them mind you the top rack goes in by itself. Also now the rubber bottom is literally molding and disintegrating like what kind of products are these ! Now also not rinsing well !

The dishwasher however is a serious downgrade. It never gets our dishes clean and there is always debris and food particles stuck onto the dishes. Our ugly old one worked fantastically with a cascade pod. Now I am stuck with this dishwasher that doesnt work and we are having to handwash half the load every morning. So disappointed Idk what to do now.

Not worth the money

Utensils are always still full of grime and not happy at all. The door pops open to aid in drying but stuff is soaked.

Tech says that the sump has to be replaced. It was very quiet at first, but gradually became louder over time. The price has also increased about 30% since I bought it, so I will not replace with the same model (or brand, for that matter.)
