It constatntly has a flashing lc supposedly notifying of a water leak. There is no watwr leak and it has been pulled and checked many times. I never thought with product less than a year old i would have so much trouble. I wish i could return it.

Fixed under warranty, now 8 month later is failing again with same issue. Even when working, the dishwasher sends a slurry of fine grain food particles all around the upper rack and coats the dishes during the rinse cycle leaving a layer of grit on glasses and bowls that can bake on if using heated drying.

Samsung refuse to honor the warranty. Not only did the company decline coverage, but they also insisted on charging me over $300 for both service and parts.

It gets the dishes very clean, and the 3rd rack is such a convenience. My only gripes would be that the water sometimes settles on the top. And it is a bit pricey. It is not major enough to make a difference in my rating though.

We were days outside of Best Buys return policy so we contacted Samsung. It is taking just under 2 weeks before they are sending someone out to look at it. We are so upset about being without a dishwasher AGAIN for such a long time. You shouldn't have to "fix" a brand new dishwasher, especially at this price. Never again will we buy this brand or at Best Buy again.

Too Sensitive

I have completed flooring, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and framing renovations to my home but I could not install this dumb washer without a code going off. I even read the manual before install, measured the hoses to the right length and still no good. I just returned it, stick with an older washer or just do it old school by hand.

Does not thoroughly clean the dishes nor utensils. Raised issue to Samsung, and after three attempts to have in-home warranty work performed, no-one showed to repair the item. This dishwasher may very well perform to expectations when fixed, but based on Samsung's response to our request for warranty work, we will not be purchasing Samsung products again.
