    When spending $700 on a dishwasher, a person expects it to last much longer than the 18 months it lasted before the pump assembly went bad. The manufacturer's warranty is only good for 1 year. I'm not happy with the Samsung oven I bought either.

    Don’t drive I used the overnight drying and don’t work dishes still wet but no make noises that I like it

    Disappointed with "StormWash"

    So disappointed with this dishwasher, the dishes are not getting cleaned even with the "StormWash" cycle. It's quiet, looks good and has a cool feature that the door opens at the end of the cycle to somewhat air cool the dishes, but some of them are dirty. Had a ten year old dishwasher that was load and ugly but cleaned the dishes. I wouldn't buy this one.

    I haven't had the dishwasher over a year-and-a-half and the sub pump broke and need to purchase a brand new dishwasher do to the replacement sump pump costing $400 and replacement dishwasher costing 500. Best Buy also talked me out of getting the warranty and said that the Best Buy Geek Squad membership would cover any repairs needed that is false.

    Love all of the features of this dishwasher. Has plenty of room to fill it up and i love the feature that opens the door automatically at the end of the cycle to allow it to air dry and not steam your face when you open it.

    Samsung appliances are garbage. purchased dishwasher dec/19. medium rack almost everything requires hand washing. dishes comes out untouched by water. side panels infront always gets in the way when sliding rack in. will never buy another Samsung product ever!!!! my washer/dryer broke down after 4 yrs.

    It doesn't wash the dishes

    Unless you put the dishes in there with absolutely no food on them there will still be some leftover after your wash cycle. You absolutely have to hand wash all silverware before putting it in the top rack or it will leave any food on it. Its so frustrating, it's pretty counterproductive to wash your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

    Just a year after purchasing this dishwasher the black stainless is peeling significantly and I won’t buy a Samsung product again. I spent way too much on this dishwasher for it to peel so soon. The black stainless is just a garbage coating that peels even when you take care of it like a baby.

    This whole purchase and installation process has been a nightmare. I can't even blame one person or company for the experience. I ordered two Samsung appliances (oven and dishwasher), which both showed up damaged. They were installed anyway, as they still functioned, with the promise of exchange for new appliances. I had to call in multiple times to get the exchange to happen. Then when they didn't show up on my scheduled appointment I had to call in again and it turned out the person I spoke with didn't properly process the exchange. So I had to wait additional time to get the replacements. Once those arrived, one of the new appliances (oven) was damaged more than the first one, so I had to refuse delivery on it. Called in the next day and was told I had to wait again. Called in another day later to be told I couldn't exchange the appliance, I had to return it and order another one. During this process I was offered a gift card for my troubles, which I thought was nice since I hadn't asked for compensation. So... I ordered the replacement and waited another 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone who could process my return, only to be told I would in fact not be getting the gift card unless I call back in days after the now new again appliance is supposed to be installed. Even then, only if it manages to arrive undamaged. So I'll have to wait to see if that one is damaged or not and may or may not get the promised compensation. At this point I've spent more than 6 hours either talking to people or on hold to get this accomplished, and it's still going to be another week before it might be over. By the time this happens it will have been nearly 6 weeks of back and forth. Worst part is that none of my "concierge" team is seemingly able to handle everything in one stop. Multiple hold times and multiple teams to accomplish all of this. Again, not the fault of any one person, but nevertheless it's been a nightmare that I hope to never repeat. The oven works nice, and I even got the replacement cheaper because it's now on sale, but I'd really like to have one that isn't damaged.

    Purchased January 22 2020 Broke on January 27 2021 5 days after manufacture warranty runs out SAMSUNG Dishwasher doesn’t turn on I tried everything Samsung won’t do anything about it ridiculous Good thing I purchased Samsung geek squad warranty but still I should get a brand new one at least

    Look online, looks like these samsung units all are plagued with LC errors which indicate a water leak of which you won't ever find lol - you have to open the bottom of the dishwasher, wipe it down, and then it works again for awhile....

    Very Disappointed. It smells all the time. Even when it’s empty. It takes over two hours to wash dishes if you want them clean. The bottom rack will not go back in once it’s pulled out without having to fight it. Most of the time the wheels come off of it. Don’t buy!

    Not satisfied with the purchase. The bottom tray slide in/out was problematic from day 1. After less than 6 months of purchase, the bottom tray does not slide in/out at all and keeps getting stuck. It is a major issue and am completely dissatisfied with the purchase.

    Terrible dishwasher, doesn't clean as well as our 20yo roper did. It leaves food particles behind and baked on. We have tried many different settings and types of detergents. We regret this purchase.

    So far I love this refrigerator. It is very spacious, even just the bottom 2 racks. The top rack is just an added bonus. I haven’t tried all the features yet.

    This is based on my own test run. The Best Buy installers were not able to test it because they broke a plumbing fixture and I had to hire a plumber to replace it.
