Buyer beware! Had this since 2/2021 and the motor is shot! It will cost as much as a new one to fix it. Ridiculous,

TOTAL TECH SUPPORT DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE AND WHEN THE DISHWASHER ARRIVED IT DIDNT FIT

It doesn't clean well Touch power didn't work well from the first week

I love that it is easy to operate and very quiet. At times you forget that it's on. I also like how if something is wrong, it will show an error code. For example, it kept giving a code that the water was not draining. Turns out re never removed the plug on are garbage disposal when we replaced it last year.

It's pretty good at it's job but after 3 years the faceplate snapped in two when we opened it to load the dishes...not very high quality...

Does a good job, super quiet. Moveable racks, door pops open to let the steam escape when finished.

We had to replace our Samsung dishwasher that was only 5 years old. We had several repairs to that dishwasher and once it went out of warranty, the parts continued to fail. It became too expensive to replace the bad parts. The cost was too close to just replacing the dishwasher so we did. The only reason we bought Samsung again was to match our kitchen set. If we had our choice, we would have bought LG.

Good dishwasher but I get errors every so often. Warranty was a lifesaver.

We've had this dishwasher for 3 years (2020) and it's been pretty disappointing from the start. It does not do a good job of cleaning dishes unless they are pre-rinsed and you load it in a very specific way, leaving lots of space between dishes. The rack tines are too close together and water has trouble hitting all of the dishes, so it really needs to be half loaded, even on stormwash. 3rd rack items never get clean. It's pretty quiet and has decent options but doesn't do the one thing it should, clean dishes. I'm finally replacing it with an Asko, which should be much better.

This dishwasher is awesome. So sleek and modern looking. Love the third rack and quick wash features. So quiet.

After 3 years our dishwasher has tapped out. We unscrewed the filter, checked for any clogs and still doesn't work. Throughout the years we've used/owned over a dozen dishwashing machines, majority Samsung, and this one has been our least favorite. Sometimes had to run 2-3 times for a good clean and took a really, really long time (3 hours) on the longest setting (was trying to see if it would clean the dishes better.) Literally had to pre-clean and soak the dishes for them to come out clean-er in the machine. Looking for a different brand this time.

Not the exact model I bought but same design. If the top is still being made out of plastic- avoid!!! After a couple months mine cracked but still worked so didn't think anything of it and didn't do anything. My mistake. 2 1/2 years later completely stopped. A lot of money for something that didn't last. The cleaning worked very good and did like the dishwasher.

This dishwasher shouldn't even be called a dishwasher, it should be called a dish drying rack as i have to hand wash everything and let them dry in the racks. Just over 3 years old and it started smoking. Nothing but problems with every wash. Tried every soap. Turned up the temp on my water heater, loaded dishes every way possible. Tried pre-wash. Cleaned out the non removable filter, that is no fun. Had a tech out a few times only to tell me that this is what modern dishwashers do. I expected to have this fixed with just being told this is what it is. I finally ripped this piece of garbage out and replaced it with a whirlpool. First tjme my dishes have come clean for an entire load. If i could drop this back at best buy i would. This thing is a piece of junk.

We purchased this dishwasher in 2021 and are already replacing it. It was great in the beginning- it cleaned all of our dishes really well and was extremely quiet. However, in the fall of 2024 we noticed the dishwasher getting increasingly loud and not cleaning dishes as well. We had a technician out and said the part that was failing is a part that should never fail. We chalked it up to a fluke and replaced the part. In January of this year, we noticed the same thing happening. Again, we had a texhnician xome out and the aame part had to be replaced AGAIN. It was either shell out another $500 to replace the part or get another dishwasher. We have opted for #2. I have known others who had Samsung appliances and were EXTREMELY disappointed- I now know why. For the cost of the appliance, parts shouldn't be breaking or failing only 3-4 years into having jt.

My family and I needed a new dishwasher after our old one broke down. We love it after using it. No more stinky old dishwasher machine, hello new one.

I like that ita quiet, but if you plan on using the very top rach for silverware or cooking utinciles then forget it.. they NEVER get clean. I ended up taking mine out because all it did was take up space. It doesnt dry the dishes and unless you have it all the way open andthe racks pulled out they arent wven gonna air dry before they start smelling like dirty dish water. I absolutely dispise this dishwasher i wish i had my old one back. Just save your money and buy a basic dishwasher otherwise youll hate your life and your dishwasher. Hate hate hate it…
