Our warranty just went out, this dishwasher isnt even two years old and it has a small leak thatll cost me just under $300 to fix, at that point i should just buy a new one. Take it from me and buy a different dishwasher.

Samsung refuses to help and said they don’t cover damage. I purchased a fully assembled out of the box item. Upon review, the castors on the bottom shelf had been installed incorrectly by someone at the store, which caused them to stick out too far and damage the part that broke.

Samsung has “repaired” it multiple times, but they never actually repair. At this point they are refusing to issue a replacement/refund because they think they can keep repairing it. This review is not against Best Buy at all, but this dishwasher and Samsung. Look at other brands!

I love the beautiful matte stainless steel look and all of the features! They are so great! I’ve never had so many cool options.

The spacing are too close to one another on the lower rack. My dishes never get cleaned!! It still dirty after a wash. I even rinse it before I put it in, but this makes me wash 3 times which affecting the water bill.

I was overjoyed at the arrival of my first repair tech after only using the washer 2 times. A broken pump that was triggering a leak code. Another week goes by, the next tech comes and replaces the part, but the heating elements are now an issue. Good thing I have this repair team as they fixed that issue. Alias, Another 2 washes and a leak code again. Another week, they replace the leak sensor. In addition to that this week they are replacing the entire assembly. So, if you are keeping score at home; 4 new parts and 6 service visits. Buyer beware

Failed on 2nd wash load

Ran another load today and halfway through the cycle it stopped and threw an LC code. Leakage Check. No leaks found. Googled info on the Samsung Dishwashers and it's a common problem and complaint with these washers.

Out of warranty and cost to fix is more than a new dishwasher. Waste of money. Left dishes smelling strange and has a poor design - many plates do not fit the grooves in the bottom. Terrible product.

Do not waste your money

Then an Error code came on it completely stopped working.
