PROS: Cleans dishes well without scrubbing first. Quiet while running. Top shelf has adjustable height. CONS: The dividers on the racks are shaped a little funny making it hard sometimes to arrange your various dishes. The slots for the silverware holders are pretty small.

Had it for about a month and we're super happy with our new Samsung dishwasher. This thing is really amazing. It seems to clean the dishes very well and is so quiet we can barely tell it's running most of the time. The only drawback at this point is at the end of the cycle it does run a little tune to let you know that it's done washing and it's a little bit long but it's not very loud so it's not too bothersome. Otherwise a fantastic purchase. Definitely happy with it.

It cleans dishes without any problems. During the dry cycle the door automatically opens and sings a short tune. The door opening could be a hazard for a family with children. After a month, an odor has arisen but the direction say to use Jetdry to decrease, which I'll have to try. Very quiet compared to old one.

This dishwasher is super quiet and I love the feature where the door pops open at the end of the cycle to assist with drying. There is much more space inside than my old unit and the height adjustable top rack is a nice feature. The top controls are easy to use and the time countdown is very convenient. The stainless steel looks great and being magnetic is a bonus for my little one's magnetic toys. The only con I can think of is the build quality. When you open the door, the springs are tight to the point where you need to hold the door down a tiny bit and slide out the bottom rack. This may just be because it is new or just different from the whirlpool I am used to. Also, when you close the door, the clasp feels kind of cheap. I would assume the door would close and click much easier than it does. It isn't a problem, again I am just used to my old whirlpool that closed and clasped effortlessly.

We opted to save $100 and get the less expensive model and have been very happy. I still hand wash pans but now that I figured out how to load everything else it all comes out clean. I rinse chunks before loading the dishwasher. My sister in law said it is much quieter than hers, the only thing we hear is the draining and the music when cycle is done. I normally run it at night and it pops open after cycle and is totally dry by morning.

This thing is very quiet. Its actually hard to tell if its running sometimes. But when its finished it has a crazy ringtone/song that plays letting you know its done. Cleans well but will leave something dirty here and there, but overall does its job well. I would give a 5 star but there is no top rack only option.

So far so good. Great look, easy to use. I bought the whole suite on 5/23/19, installed everything, but have not used the dishwasher yet. Will do so very soon. Everything looks great! More beautiful than the pictures and they look great in my kitchen. The quality is very good. It's only been a few weeks, but I look forward to having these beauties for a long time hopefully!

Have only had for about 4 weeks but, so far, all is working as advertised. Quiet and cleans well. Cycle times are long but that is not really an issue for me. Holds plenty of dishes. I sometimes almost run out of clean dishes and glasses before the dishwasher is full of dirty ones. Install was easy,

First dishwasher I got didn't work at all. Samsung said I had to pay to have a pro check the install since I did it myself or they would not do anything. Went to store, manager gave me a upgrade to another model, my 16 yr old grandson installed it works fine. Don't think much of samsung's warranty program, if that is how they want to do business.

Easy to operate, very quiet, and does a good job getting the dishes clean. Having no inside coil makes it able to make almost anything dishwasher safe. Installation best done by pros as the trim and insulation can be tricky.

Absolutely love this dishwasher! The auto release door is great! It startled us the first time it did as we were standing right next to it. It has a light sounding jingle when it finishes. It's super quiet. We can barely hear it running when standing in the kitchen. Only con to it is the top rack that adjusts will sometimes fall to the lower position when pulling the rack out so if you have wine glasses or something breakable that could topple over when pulling the rack out, hold onto it securely.

This dishwasher was easy to install, has adjustable loading racks and is pretty quiet. I like the storm wash feature and that it opens when finished to air dry. The wash run times seem a little long at 2+ hours on most settings.

The Samsung dishwasher is beautiful! It is so quiet you can barely tell it us on when it running. I love the adjustable top rack, it makes fitting large pots in the bottom a breeze!! The silverware rack has specific holes for each type of silverware so they are sure to get clean and are not stacked on top of each other. I love that the buttons are on the top so my baby can't mess with them. The too rack has a special side for stem wine glasses! How cool is that?! The only issue I have had is that there was soap spots on my dishes after I did my first load of dishes, but a quick change in dish detergent and some rinse aid fixed that problem immediately.

I was in desperate need of a new dishwasher that was quiet during the wash and efficient. It has been very dependable and plays a brief little song at the end telling me that it is done. I didn’t think that I would like the music but I find myself enjoying my notice that it is time to unload the dishwasher and the dishes don’t sit in there for days until I remember again.

Where to start? We got this installed in October 2016 and even the installation process for cumbersome. BUT, after using it for a while and trying out different cycles, we realized that all of our glasses come out dirtier than they go in. We don't know what causes this, it's mainly a phenomenon on our glasses. It's almost like dried tobacco stuck everywhere (with nothing even similar going into the dishwasher) and they need to soak in hot soapy water for a good while for the dirt to come off. Called Best Buy, they don't care and referred us to Samsung. Called Samsung, and after making me do tests and almost techy stuff, and after over an hour on the phone with them, they said it's a user error and we should try Cascade tabs - ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS? They wouldn't send out a technician, although I told them all our other appliances are Samsung; although I kept verifying that we are prewashing (much more than we ever have in the past), that we put stuff into the washer the correct way; although I got really upset. Nothing. Even spoke to a manager and he basically said the same thing. At this time, not even worth it anymore. Samsung is dead to us. We are washing our glasses in the sink now and probably invest in another dishwasher later this year. Great. Would not buy this or any Samsung product again. Awful on all levels.

I purchased this as a floor model and it was labeled wrong. I got an amazing deal! It is quiet Cycles are really long, even the quick cycle is an hour long

This was not the best looking dishawasher out there, but it fit in well with my modern kitchen. The dishwasher operates very quietly andwas super easy to install. Great purchase for price.

This dishwasher cleans so well. Pots and pans not soooo great for the tough stuff, but everything else, spotless. It's very quiet and I like that it stays open after the wash to dry the dishes.

I purchased this dishwasher on a whim because my local store had an open box for a FANTASTIC price. I already had a Frigidaire Gallery plastic tub dishwasher that came with my home, but it was so LOUD, as my bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen wall that contains the dishwasher. Going from 52dBA down to 48dBA really made a difference! I don't hear that sucker at all! Our electric bill and water bill have been dropping as well due to the lack of heat coil like our old one had. The condensation dry makes a big difference with energy usage. Plus, when the cycle is finished, the dishwasher plays a cute little song to alert you. So far the quick wash has been my life saver. A quick 60 minute wash, as opposed to my old one taking almost double that to perform it's quick wash cycle, is a godsend. The black stainless steel matches my other appliances perfectly (all are Samsung, except for the Frigidaire range). The Geek Squad installers did a great job getting the old one out and the new one in. After the install, they even explained how to use some of the features and what to expect. 10/10 would recommend!
