Our daughter bought a Samsung but a different model and the door stays down. Question is which one is correct as old people could fall trying to hold the door down while loading dishes. Help please

No complaint on the sleek exterior. Interior drawers and slides were cheaply build. Washing was ok but a little noisy. I returned this prodect as i did think it would stand the test of time.

The door is too light (and only falls flat when the bottom shelve is fully pulled out). I find loading it, not the most intuitive. Lastly, the cycle is long.

The sales associate definitely steered us away from the “low cost budget” models stating that they were horrible. So far I haven’t had any issues with this unit but it definitely feels cheaply constructed the rack constantly pops off of the track and it just seems like cheap plastic like
