We purchased in 11/2016, installed 1/2017. We have the same issue as all others with the dishes on the top rack coming out with food particles and a film on on most of the dishes.

No power to the unit at all. Samsung response have someone out to diagnose for $200. There are numerous posts about the same problem on the Samsung Community site and they choose to do nothing. They obviously have a defective product if this is happening to so many.

Worst Dishwasher Ever!

There’s always a handful of dishes that come out dirty every time I run it. The racks inside are very cheap and the silverware caddy moves all over the place. The door won’t stay open and the dishes are never dry. I would NOT recommend this dishwasher to my worst enemy!

Great while it lasted...BUT it died after 1 year

It was of course out of the industry lagging One Year warranty. Now it is a $600 decoration and paperweight. DO NOT BUY!

It came with a broken drain pump. When they repaired that, they found another issue with the dishwasher. Again, this is a brand new dishwasher and I have yet to use it.

I've had it for 1.5 yrs and I had to buy something else. It's terrible and it smells of mildew because the dishes never dry. This was a waste of $700.00.

Never again samsung i should have known.
