Features are great and the 60 min cycle is perfect, love how the door opens to finish drying. No gathered water on any of the cups and no spots on other things. The silver ware baskets and great lift out easy . One of the best I have had , Very happy I bought this one.

My old dishwasher went from an occasional small leak to a frequent bigger leak. I was happy to replace it and very happy with my choice. It works so well and is so much quieter that the old one. Thumbs up to the guys who installed it and removed my old one.

After much research, went with Samsung. Have had very good luck with Samsung on all our appliances.

There is an old saying in South Korea, if an appliance has a motor on it then go for LG. And this has been legit in the US as well. So, I have the infamous LC error code for the washer and I have had Geek Squad technician 3 times already but still same LC error code pops up. The drain motor keep rotates and won't finish the cycle. I tried to reset the machine by pressing the start for 3 seconds or turn the power off, but both method could not reset the machine and it keep rotates shortly after machine was turned off for a few seconds. Either I run a full cycle or rinse same LC error code pops up. Sensor has been replaced and no water leaking on my kitchen floor. Stay away Samsung appliances if that has a motor on it.

This is dishwasher was purchased to upgrade from an old Maytag dishwasher. What a world of difference in the performance and sound. Very happy with Samsung

I've only used this twice so far and so far very satisfied with it. The power clean really does its job... cleaned off a caserole dish for me all nice and cleaned.

Because there is no heating element, condensation forms in the closed dishwasher. It smells terrible! Googled the smell, and it seems this is a common complaint with this model. Called Samsung, and their solution it to go buy some powdered Tang and run empty cycles with it to freshen up the inside. Really??? But the Tang does work! Bottom rack does not glide easily, and does not remain on the track. Always bumping the top mounted controls, and power comes on, then have to power off. On a positive note, it is very quiet

So I have to honest and say I can't give the most accurate review because we haven't really broken it in. It looks perfect and matches the decor in my kitchen.

Great dishwasher. We are glad we went with the tall option. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a super quiet dishwasher. I wanted one with a quieter rating but was very surprised and pleased with Samsung's quietness on this model. I also like it opens the door automatically at end of cycle for further drying.

Like everything about it but the lower drawer keeps getting stuck and come off track easily

This dishwasher looks great inside and out . Cleans dishes really well and the extra pot scrubber feature is great . Like the drying automatic open door feature as well

I am in the process of replacing all my household appliances with those made by Samsung.

This dishwasher is awesome! I put all my Tupperware in there when I get back from work and turn on the rinse setting. It sprays water on it and rinses it so when I’m ready to put everything to wash it does a better job at it.

We added this to our new break room during our office expansion. It is very close to an open area so we needed it to be quiet. This thing hits the mark! Super quiet, works great and looks good, too. I'd buy this for my home if I was in the market for a new dishwasher.

Our old dishwasher died and we went with this Samsung dishwasher. Easy installation (did it myself). It's ultra-quiet and our dishes have never been this cleaned (unless hand washed). Run time is long, but can be adjusted. Really like this purchase.

We bought this dishwasher because it can hold nearly 20 plates across the back row, which for us is wonderful. Everything on the bottom rack comes out nice and clean, but the same can't be said of the top rack. Two to three glasses every time come out dirtier than when they went in, even though the rinse agent is full. Most of the glasses, in fact, have some residue in them afterward. Frustrating.

Love the look of this product super quiet and overall great product. Water leak sensor works great but hard to get to the pan under the dishwasher .

I love the hidden top controls on this appliance. It's much less of an eye sore.

First let me say that I have only have had the dishwasher for about a month, so I can’t speak about longevity. As for cleaning dishes, this washer does a great job. The drying on the other hand just isn’t very good. I read the manual and did all the tips it suggests (using sanitize, the auto release door, etc.). Nothing helps. I usually have to hand dry the dishes after the load finishes. So my opinion is, it’s okay.
