I always wanted my kitchen to have all Samsung stainless appliances. This was my first piece that needed to be replaced. The washer looks fantastic and was pretty easy to install for anyone with some basic mechanical skills. The only problem I have with it is it only gets the dishes really clean if you wash them on heavy duty. Otherwise it leaves food on some of the plates and washes other stuff from the bottom rack into the top rack dishes

I love this dishwasher. It has many settings for hard to clean dishes but I usually just do the quick wash and my dishes come out great. Much better than my old one that wasn't really old!

This product simply doesn't work and support has been less than helpful. In effect, every dish you put into this machine comes out unusable without hand washing thus defeating the purpose of having the machine. Samsung support has not attempted to actually fix the issue. Considering that so many other reviewers on this site indicate the same problems as us, I am guessing that this is a known issue from Samsung. Best Buy shouldn't sell this product... buyer beware.

Love this dishwasher. I previously had bought the Samsung that was a bit cheaper than this one and hated it. This one is so much better. Cleans dishes perfectly with minimal effort prior to loading!

My biggest concern with buying a dishwasher was if it would be quiet. This one exceeds my expectation! A bonus would be that I don’t have to rinse my dishes prior to loading the dishwasher!

This is by far the best dishwasher I've ever had. Not only doesn't clean very well, it also dries crystal and glass without leaving any water marks. Very satisfied with this product.

The black stainless steel is sooo pretty. I watched a review online that Samsung’s is the most scratch resistant of all the black stainless. I like how the door pops open when it’s done washing

This dishwasher has several different load choices. It plays a song to let you know when the cycle is over. It has a sanitize cycle which is great for glasses and plastic ware. It was easy to install and is super quiet.

Dishwasher has lots of insulation around it. Should be very quiet when I get a chance to use it.

At first I was hesitant about the auto open door feature, but it works great and allows the dishes to fully dry better than my old Samsung unit. Cleans very well.

Good dishwasher. We had a problem with a leak. Samsung wouldn't replace. But Best Buy stepped up and replaced it.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. I have not had the opportunity to do a full “guests for dinner” load of dishes, but was impressed with the machine after running a test load.

I'm not giving it a 5 star only because the spacing of the dishes could be better when put in the racks. Sometimes the dishes tend to collapse on each other which will cause a dish to be partially washed sometimes. The rack tines should be bent better to alleviate this. Otherwise, everything works well just as advertised and you will not be disappointed. I like how the door opens when the wash is completed so we do not forget to empty it so a new load can be added.

I love my new dishwasher. I love the controls are on the top of the door and that they do not show on the front! It is so quite when its running I can't believe it! I made the right choice!

I had a Bosch dishwasher and was looking for a kitchen package and this dishwasher was a perfect addition

We have an open concept layout in our home. We had forgotten that the dishwasher was on until it played its little tune at the end. Amazed at how quite it was. We were sitting watching TV maybe 6 feet away.

Cleans perfect and people keep saying they have streaks that’s because they use cheap dishwasher detergent, use pods, works perfectly and automatically opens to release steam
