Door latch design fail
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The door latch is common failure - the spring is so strong it pulls the retainer pin from the plastic bearing points. The pin should be about 2mm longer and the plastic frame should be strengthened to avoid distortion if they need this much spring force. Fixed by installing a longer retaining pin for now.

Very happy with it. But the mounting screws that came with it did not work and when I called Samsung the tech. guy did not speak enough English to help me so I just went to the hardware store for them and that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
