Beautiful, Easy To Use, Cheap Quality For Price

The quality is kind of cheap. The trays/drawers are wobbly and the silverware trays do not sit in it well. We knew when we purchased that it does not have a heat cycle for drying, but this does not dry at all. Water sits in the cups, lids, etc. You have to dump water and hand dry pretty much anything you would put on top. Also, if any liquids or foods drip inside close to where the door closes, you have to wash it by hand as the Dishwasher does not clean that area.

Samsung said I had to pay to have a pro check the install since I did it myself or they would not do anything. Went to store, manager gave me a upgrade to another model, my 16 yr old grandson installed it works fine. Don't think much of samsung's warranty program, if that is how they want to do business.
