I love the fact that the racks can accommodate different configurations. It makes loading the bulky items so much easier! It does leave some water spots, but that's because I choose not to purchase a separate drying agent. Overall, very happy with our purchase & would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Difficult to set cookie sheets and other pans in the dishwasher. At times also soup dishes. Like how you can separate each piece of silverware so that they are cleaned.
