Dishes are cleaned and thoroughly dried... No streaking. The silverware baskets are a little awkward upon removing items from them. Perhaps I need to learn the method.

It cleans good every now and then, but the top rack sometimes has the cups dirtier than when they went in. I've tried so many different settings and they are all inconsistent. There are times when the dishes are really clean and than there are time when the dishes are greasy grimy with caked on food and come out spotless! I believe it’s some kind of manufacturing flaw.

since last 3 days - shop dispender is not working as designed - Dishwasher shop just falls out of the bex and sits on the bottom of the dishwasher - have called in the Greek Squad to take a look

I usually do hand washing of dishes as it's not that much, so I really didn't get to use it since the purchase about a month ago. I was awaiting to have water softener installed before I use it. The dishwasher fits to the newly remodeled kitchen and sleek looking. I can't wait to use it to test it out!

Really hunted all over thru many reviews and due to price difference between this machine and the Bosch ones with the top buttons layout. I have to say that I feel like I got my moneys worth. Very easy to install. Nicer to be the dish loader than the dish washer.

The Samsung dishwasher did not fit in my kitchen cabinet space so I went with an LG from Best Buy and really like it. The staff at the store and installation crew were great.

Like that the upper rack can be made higher so there is much more room for larger pans. The first time i used the pot scrubber it was a burnt dish, so need to give it a second chance.

It's an "okay" product. It doesn't get the dishes clean some time. And sometimes the detergent doesn't dissolve. You have to be real careful of how you put the dishes in to get them clean.

I don't know how they keep making exceptional appliances. But I keep looking forward to their next amazing thing. This dishwasher gets Everything clean. No pre-rinse or pre-wash needed. And with the stainless steel chamber no bacteria can grow due to non porous material.

The reason I give this product 2 stars is 1 month after purchasing and 2 weeks after install, the door started showing rust. This is supposed to be a stainless steel door. After 2 more weeks of fighting between Samsung and best buy about warranty and so on. We managed to get best buy to exchange our machine. The dishwasher per say works well.

Perfect dishwasher to match other appliances, however the only con is that it will slightly open the door to “air dry” and it really doesn’t dry at all.

This unit, however not a silently ranked is very quiet, the stainless exterior makes it seem much more expensive than it was. The convertible interior racks make it easy to load, even for an organization challenged person like myself. Super nice item

Would highly recommend! Works like a dream! Gets the dishes sparkling every time! No need to rinse- this thing has a garbage disposal in it! Also- the feature of the spot on the bottom rack for heavily soiled pots and pans has saved me so much kitchen clean up time!

I thought my other dishwasher, a Kenmore Elite, was great and only replaced it because of the switch to Stainless. Samsung out shines the glassware noticeably or my picky family. The selections of cycles is great and the door opening feature at the end to release the steam is brilliant.

We purchased our unit as part of a Samsung bundle and have been very pleased. They have a unique feature with the door opening in the last five minutes of the drying cycle so dishes aren't so hot in terms of removing them from the unit. Very ingenious!

So far, I love my Samsung dishwasher​. The black stainless steel is beautiful and is an excellent addition to our white cabinets and matte black accessories. It is so quite and I often forget it's on! My Fiancée is in love with her appliances.

3 weeks in the control panel stopped responding and I saw condensation underneath the control panel above the indicator light. Best buy sent Geek squad out and order a part that came to my house. The tech was not able to replace the part as there was no way to get the part out. He ended taking the whole control panel piece from the store display and swapped out until a new one can get ordered. Story will continue.

Had a service tech come in. Made adjustment to some hoses. Need to only use the washing cleansers and drying components recommended. Others do not work well.

I love my dishwasher! It quit, has a rinse only cycle which I wanted the most, It had an extra spray unit for pots and pans. Has a wonderful feature for glass stemware to hold secure so hey will not break. I like the two silverware baskets

The design of this dishwasher is amazing, especially the placement of the menu. It's a very clean, modern, sleek appliance. However, when it comes to cleaning the dishes, it comes in pretty low. I've had ten year old dishwashers that clean better than this one. It's workable, provided you don't mind running the nearly 3 hour process a couple times, but I'm sorely disappointed in the cleaning ability.
