this was not our first choice of dishwashers at Best Buy but all the others ones we wanted they didnt have in stock. Our dishwasher was broken so we needed one that day. This dishwasher is exactly the same size dimension as our old one but inside it is much smaller. I find I cannot put as much inside and it doesnt hold larger bowls. Very disappointed.

We purchased it and were happy with it for the first year then we started getting error codes. Had to have the week squad out to our house four different times before they would replace it since we had the warranty on it.

I noticed if you don't remove grease, tea, tomato sauce, or chocolate from the dishes, it doesn't remove it completely. Honestly, it makes harder to remove after it tries to clean since it gets dried. The stain gets stuck on the piece to make it worse. I tried different soaps and nothing seems to make any difference. It looks good, but it is not efficient.

We have had problems with this dishwasher- it doesn't power up consistently and doesn't clean the dishes very well.

I do not understand the positive reviews for this dishwasher. We purchased this dishwasher a year ago, and we are now looking at purchasing a Bosch. This dishwasher is a waste of money. I have yet to have a load of dishes come out clean. We always have to rewash our dishes after they come out of the dishwasher. The dishes are neither overpacked nor overly dirty. We have tried storm cycle, heavy, and normal settings. Nothing works to get the dishes clean. Don't make the same mistake we did. The washer is now out of warranty, and we are stuck with a lemon.

The dishwasher worked great initially, then only 19 days after purchase stopped working and gave error message. Best Buy would not allow return since past 15 days, only offering for me to pay more money to have a Geek Squad come take a look. No thanks!! Tried to register product with Samsung after purchasing and I couldn’t because the serial number was more than 3 years old. My husband had to completely remove dishwasher and basically reinstall after adjusting a sensor in the pan on the bottom that is used to detect water(there was no water in!!). Bad dishwasher, and completely ridiculous that I can’t do anything about it!! If Best Buy will only allow return for 15 days, they shouldn’t sell items that are past manufacturers deadlines for registration. Very disappointed in the customer service!

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever used in my life. I have to scrub and wipe down things before i load it into the dishwasher. Food particles, bits, and grease still remain regardless of the brand soap, liquid and/or pods. Don't waste your money and your time. Do not buy this dishwasher.

The cycle options are 1 hr. Or 2hr. Much to long for a dishwasher cycle.

It's a brand new dishwasher that requires prescrubbing the dishes so they come out clean.

Dish washer only lasted me a year and a half. I have tried everything to figure out whats wrong with it but unfortunately i have not been able to fix it. it keeps giving me error 4C which indicates that there is an error with the water supply. I have tried different water outlets but problem still persists.

I loathe this dishwasher. We've had it for a few years now and it's terrible. It has never gotten our dishes very clean and I'd say the average is about 50% of dishes are without visible crud on them after running the strongest/hottest cycles. This is even after pre-rinsing everything and even having the base temperature of our water heater turned up to accommodate the "heating issue" as recommended by the repairmen. In the beginning we did have it looked at several times (it also was leaking due to a faulty seal in the beginning) for it's poor performance and there was nothing they could do. Now I'm sitting here listening to it running abnormally loudly. Waste of money.

I tend to wash dishes by hand - we use so few, can't see stacking them.

Not sure if I like this washer. never had a front loader before. Still making up my mind.

Not the best. Decent for the price but it doesn’t work for stuck on food

Made a huge mistake purchasing this dishwasher. We've had it about two years now and its falling apart. pieces are coming off of the racks and even the door seal. It takes a long time to wash dishes and air dry them (by opening up). I'd be ok with that except that most of the time the dishes still have food and scum on them - even on the heavy setting. Stormwash functions for a small section of the overall washer. We use the best Cascaid detergent you can buy and it hardly matters. I will never purchase another Samsung going forward. They've completely lost my business with this appliance.

If I dont do stormwash everytime then they dont come clean.

Good item for the price As the advertising states

There is no place for odd shaped utensils or larger pieces that you want washed. For us the piece in the glass area was not useful at all. If this was for wine glasses it is a waste of space. over all was just very unhappy with supposed ease and convenience of usage.

Seems to be working ok now. The first two was damaged and had to be returned.

The control panel broke on this unit less than 2 years after ownership. I was quoted $415 for repair. Stick to cell phones, Samsung...wait, no those have a tendency to blow up. Maybe just TVs and soundbars.
