I wasted a lot of money on this dishwasher that I have owned for one year. It never did work correctly and customer service at Samsung was not helpful at all. I just replaced this overpriced Samsung dishwasher with a Whirlpool that costs less and actually washes dishes. Note: I bought 3 other Samsung appliances at the same time to get a "deal". The washing machine works, but I would not buy it again. It is just badly designed. Samsung needs to get out of the appliance business and stick with what they know - electronics.

Not sure what the issue is, but the dishes aren't coming out clean.

I purchased one new, this dishwasher has a drying feature that is interesting. It opens at the end of its cycle to dry. I had this replaced once which their team was so helpful to do so, very easy to get replaced, but it wouldn't dry the dishes, the new one I got works perfectly..

The door gasket metal holder has bent and ditached which now is leaking. The bottom basket wheels catch it and eventually broke it. Not a great design. Thumbs down. Its only 2.5 years old.

If I had a better idea of this dishwasher I wouldn't have bought it. It is very tiney and doesn't hold anywhere the amount of dishes as my old one. The bottom comes out the track while loading and the door doesn't stay open in the down position.

Would never buy another Samsung appliance from Best Buy. Purchased this dishwasher in July, went out in November. Samsun sent 5 different people out 5 different times and then said it was the fault of the Best Buy installation and would not do anything further. Best Buy is not doing anything either so now have to buy another dishwasher. You can bet it WON'T be a SAMSUNG! Their phones and tvs seem to wear normally like most brands but their appliances DO NOT! Even one of their own repair guys said he wouldn't recommend Samsung for larger appliances. I am so angry at this lack of customer service but their seems to be no recourse, they have you over a barrel other than writing a bad review and contacting the BBB.

I am currently researching a replacement. It has gone to the error “OC” every time I run a wash back to back. I have to by unplug it for 2 - 4 days to use it again.

Samsung products...NEVER again. I bought their phone, this dishwasher, a slide in range, fridge and microwave and regretted each one! This dishwasher doesn’t clean well at all and leaves everything wet! So what’s the point if you have to clean before and dry them after!?! It looks nice, but the older you get the less you value looks, this is just one more example ;) Keep searching, there are waaaay better options out there!

We've had this dishwasher since march and it usually does ok, but there are always a few dishes with food still in it, you basically have to hand wash the dishes before putting them in, making it useless, do not buy! Waste of money

Normally I love Samsung stuff but I'm not happy with this. I'm pretty good about not putting very dirty stuff in it but I still occasionally find dishes and utensils that are not clean. Often glasses are dirty.

This dishwasher has never properly cleaned dishes. I wish I would have listened to the other reviewers that mentioned this - cups, plates, and bowls are routinely not clean. Worse than having to hand wash half of my dishes after each load was dealing with Samsung's customer service department. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will no longer be buying Samsung products after this disappointing experience.

I've had this dishwasher for 2 months now and do not like it. I have to pre-wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I had a LG prior to this that was much quieter and performed better.

I Bought this item last year and I am already having issues. It cleans dishes OK nothing to write home about. I have noticed it won’t fully cleans dishes if to many are in there. No full Loads!!!

This dishwasher look really nice, however I had to exchange for another because it would not work. Tech support could not resolve the issue.

less than a year ago we bought all matching samsung appliances. So far the microwave and dishwasher have both died on us. First the microwave and then the diswasher. The dishwasher seemed to work great for about ten months and then the wash pump went out. I called for a warranty repair and ended up being able to return it for a store credit. We had done the same with the microwave. We replaced both with lg. Previously I left a good review for the microwave but I don't see an option to update it.

Installed as per manufacturer specs but this dishwasher will not drain. The pump just seems inferior for the amount of water it needs to push out. I have attaempted 6 rinse cycles and 1 full wash cycle. Not once has it drained the water to an acceptable level. I am willing to have a cup or two of water at the bottom, but not a Olympic swimming pool!

purchased 2019 but not installed until later . Lovely to look at but only few months of use the one of the prongs off the rack rusted away. The rack itself was difficult to adjust. Not the best dishwasher items are hard to load and guide is not much help . Not many people have dishes the same as the diagram. Last week it quit just quit . Followed all the suggestions in instruction manual nothing working. Warranty has expired .

Stay Away From Samsung Products! Every single one of my Samsung products have failed in some way over the years. My phones, smartwatch, appliances, tv's, etc. This is hands down the worst dishwasher I've ever used. It does not clean the dishes. I've tired every cycle, soap, nothing works. Just another typical garbage Samsung product.

I purchased this product a 1 1/2 year. Now, I am getting a 4c code and the dishwasher is not working. I called Samsung and I was directed to a website to enter my information. It took me at least 3 different times to enter the information to get a call almost a month later. the representative on the phone stated That they would charge $120 to send a tech and $99 for labor plus parts. To this point I will prefer to buy another dishwasher.

Does an ok job cleaning dishes. I’ve tried different soaps and still the same. Using Cascade Platinum Plus was probably the best dishwasher pods.
