I have been using this for about a month and barely gets my dishes clean. The dishes are always soaked and don’t dry fast even with the extra rinse products.

The dishwasher worked and did its job, but after 18 months of ownership it needed a new low voltage panel.

This dishwasher has been serviced twice by samsung twice in the last 12 months. First certain cycles and electronic buttons stopped working and then after it was serviced... the entire dishwasher refused to power in. We are currently waiting for Samsung to come repair or replace this dishwasher. The dishwasher has also now been discontinued so not sure what to replace it with so it matches our other appliances.

Wish I had returned it. Doesn’t wash dishes well and doesn’t dry them either. Your dishwasher will smell like mildew.

The bottom rack is awkward, it does not roll in smoothly and gets stuck where the door attaches to the main body. It's impossible really, I don't know how to fix it - help?!

This dishwasher is so small and the bottom rack is set up terribly so nothing can stand up straight causing things to take up more space than necessary.

Very disappointed in this product. Leaves a particle residue on glasses. The so-called stainless steal finish is showing rust spots.

Wish I read the online reviews prior to purchase then I would have know that this dishwasher just moves the food particles around instead of cleaning your dishes and glasses. We have to run this dishwasher on the heavy cycle with hi-temp wash just to get 80% of the things clean in the load. Oh and did I mention we're on our second dishwasher because we thought it had to be faulty. Second one is just as bad! Working with Best Buy now to remove and replace for a better dishwasher.

It does wash my dishes that’s not the problem. My dishes are always soaking wet yes I use jet dry! I had it repaired, not only did they dent the front but the jet dry compartment wouldn’t hold liquid after the repair. It’s been “repaired” again and I’m back to wet dishes. Also the push buttons don’t always work that could be difficult for some people it’s just annoying to me.

The Samsung Top Control Dishwasher with StormWash gives a first impression of a high-end designed appliance that has the capacity to handle anything that comes its way. With a modern look sporting sleek lines, a soft blue glow from the handle and control panel, and a fingerprint resistant finish it's an addition guaranteed to spruce up any kitchen. Behind the door I found plastic coated metal upper and lower racks that will protect anything placed on them however will likely be prone to cracking and rusting. The adjustable top rack helps to accommodate larger items on the bottom rack which allows larger stock pots to still be washed. I found that if the racks aren't loaded exactly as specified in the instruction manual, the layout of the racks don't allow for much freedom in regard to placement. The bowls are designed to only be placed down the middle of the upper rack with takes away quite a bit of space for plastics. I'd like to be able to place bowls on the bottom rack instead. The instruction manual indicates that up to two saucers can be placed on the bottom rack but this isn't feasible. The cutlery racks appear to have been designed with functionality in mind however these could have been executed a bit better. Although each piece of cutlery should fit in a slot, the only way to do this is with the handles down. When removing cutlery from the holder, the only option is to touch each piece where food would go. This is unsanitary. I didn't use these as designed and left the slot covers up. The wine glass holder are an interesting feature that I've never seen before. I tried this and was only able to fit three glasses in each rack whereas the instruction manual shows four on each side. The StormWash feature seemed to work well when it was used as it removed semi-hardened materials from a stockpot. When the wash cycle is complete, the door will open twenty minutes before the timer is up to help facilitate drying. There is an option to disable this which prevents children from opening the door but at the cost of effective drying. With both options, plastics on the top rack weren't completely dry even with the use of JetDry rinse aid. The Top Control Dishwasher with StormWash looks great on the outside but has some room for improvements on the inside. This review written as part of The Insiders program.

Watch out it falls forward. The rungs on the inside or not spaced well. Sometimes you have to hit the pad a few times before it recognizes.

I’ve never left a review on anything. This dishwasher is so horrible that I had no choice. I wouldn’t wish this dishwasher on my worst enemy. 2 hour wash times, leaving water spots so visible it looks like someone sneezed milk on them before unloading them. Had technical issues so bad Samsung had to replace it, someone sucks even worse. Seriously just buy a different one. Please

I purchased on sale in November and it was backordered until December. When my expected delivery date arrived, it was backordered again. In the middle of January, when I was told it was backordered until February. I gave up. GE is my new favorite appliance. Hasn’t let down..... and had more features, better energy efficiency, plus customer service is top notch.

Little more than a year and now it has died. Does not power on

Will be 3 years in January and it stopped running a full cycle!

not happy at all. its quite but its so hard to put the dishes in doesn't clean them very good wish I had my old one

My main compliant is the stainless steel being too thin, both inside and outside. The sprinkler arm came off after the first wash for the first unit I got. The top tray is harder to move in and out on the second unit. It caused the inside of the stainless door panel badly damaged/dented. There is also a slight bump in the front panel. So, I do not see the Samsung dishwashers as an acceptable product.

The control panel failed within 13 days of installation. Returned it.

Broke 2 times in a year and Samsung won’t warranty

All of a sudden after 2 years of using it the electronic control broke and won't start. This is a known problem for this model and there are many complaints on the Samsung tech support forum. It is likely to be caused by faulty design of the control board which allows moisture to get in and damages the electronic board over time.
