It looked nice and was quiet, but it didn't even last two weeks.

I have had trouble with this not washing well lately and only had it for a little over 2 years. Same with Samsung Washer, I have had to get it repaired 3 times and only 2 years old. I would not buy another Samsung appliance, they are not made well.

Bought it and returned it for a kitchen aid. It doesn’t clean very well, even if you use a rinse aid. Leave the dishes with residues. Spend more $$$ and get a kitchen aid, you’ll be a lot happier with it.

It’s a very nice dishwasher but my dishes are always wet! It’s very annoying!

Bought for brand name. Did not like the product performance. Did not rinse well.

Two motor replacements No good. Need to replace already

Even when pre-rinsing dishes they come out with a film on them or things sticking to them. Just had a service call and technician states the water pump isn’t working properly. Still under warranty.

The only upside of this machine is that it fits with my other Samsung appliances. If dishes aren’t thoroughly pre cleaned the dishwasher will not be able to clean them. No matter what brand of tabs you use, it simply stays dirty

inside is plastic and i return it to get different one with the stainless.

I looked at the reviews on this product before I made my purchased. Most had good things to say. Trust me this dishwasher is junk! My old 15 year old cheepo washer was 10 time this machine. When I put clean water glasses on the top rack I take them out with small food partacles from the dishes below.

Not too happy with this product it leaves food residue on glasses and mugs

I do not like this dishwasher at all. Leaves a film on dishes even though I use rinse aid. Bottom rack slides out and off the track when I pull it out to load dishes. Doesn't dry dishes well.

I tried to call to have this serviced and they would not even talk to me without the model no. Very inconvenient since I haven't even had this item for a month yet and it just stopped working.

My husband and I have had this dishwasher for six months now and I would never buy it again! It works horrible. It doesn't clean dishes. I have to literally wash every little speck of food off otherwise it will not come off ... do not recommend.

Worst dishwasher ever clean dishes would come out dirty even with rinse aid. The only good thing about it is it died after about 6 months. Don't waste your money.

Have been using this new dishwasher for the past 2 months. Pros: - Very quiet. Seriously, it's so quiet that we sometimes doubt it's working even standing right next to it - does not use electricity to dry dishes at the end of the cycle. Instead it has an ingenious feature to use very hot water to quickly rinse dishes at the very end and then opens the door slightly and turns on low volume fan to force all heated air out of the dishwasher. As the result, all dishes and glasses come out exceptionally dry and clean and we save on electricity cost - has many cycles for different type of dishes and level of dirtiness. But best of all, has quick wash cycle that finishes cleaning in 60 minutes - has adjustable rack that allows to fit really big pans in the lower rack Cons: - does not come with free installation and BestBuy charges a lot to install it. If you are a bit handy consider free delivery by BestBuy and do install yourself - I don't like the top touch controls on the door. When door is closed, it's impossible to see time remaining or chosen cycle. And I don't trust touch controls. In all our appliances we had problem with them after some time. - the bottom panel is made out of rubber and repeatedly comes undone. It's a manufacturer defect that Samsung just can't be bothered to fix. Defect is mostly cosmetic, as you see this hanging rubber panel and it ruins the sleek design a bit. Overall the Pros definitely outweigh the cons and we are pretty happy with the purchase.

This is the worth investment I've made. Had problem since day one. Bad odor, defective drain hose. My 15 years old dishwasher work better than this It's all looks but does not deliver as descripted

Rubber seals warped and corroded. No longer washes top drawer and right hand side. Dish washers ought to last at least 5 years. Preferably 10 years.

Dishwash just stopped and it does not give any error code but just shut off itself. The only way to turn it on was to plug it in again. I wish i did not buy Samsung....

I have not been impressed with this dishwasher, I’ve tried all kinds of detergents and different things and my dishes do not come out clean , I need to call them on the single use my warranty
