We just love this dishwasher. Very large capacity and the dishes come out always clean. The unique feature of the door opening while in the last five minutes of the drying cycle is great. It allows you to actually start unloading the dryer without getting hit by a blast of hot air.

The dishwasher is nice & quite. Another plus is There are 2 levels to put the top rack.

Works pretty good and cleans well. Very disappointing that it doesn't have heated drying. Didn't think that a dishwasher of this price would not include that feature. It's been a long time since I last bought one and was very surprised to find out. Recommended to those that don't mind drying your dishes after they are washed.

The Samsung dishwasher is beautiful however you definitely need to add a rinse aid.

Not as good with cleaning as I expected. Does not seem to load many plates on bottom without crowding. When crowded then does not wash well. Washes small loads well. Top drawer does not clean baby bottles well or stuck on milk, etc. Must pre-wash by hand all dishes to get a good cleaning. My old dishwasher cleaned better and was more user friendly when it came to loading the dishes. Also had to remove the covers on the silverware holder as they bumped the side of the washer when sliding the drawer inside the washer.

The Samsung dishwasher is beautiful! It is so quiet you can barely tell it us on when it running. I love the adjustable top rack, it makes fitting large pots in the bottom a breeze!! The silverware rack has specific holes for each type of silverware so they are sure to get clean and are not stacked on top of each other. I love that the buttons are on the top so my baby can't mess with them. The too rack has a special side for stem wine glasses! How cool is that?! The only issue I have had is that there was soap spots on my dishes after I did my first load of dishes, but a quick change in dish detergent and some rinse aid fixed that problem immediately.

This is a very good dishwasher. It gets everything I need cleaned, just that, clean. My only gripe is that the cycles are so looooong, yes, even the normal cycle. I like the adjustable top rack. It's great for larger cups, bowls and even pots.

Clean look, easy to program, the buttons are hidden, and its very quiet.

Unit has good capacity and gets the dishes clean. Price was very reasonable.

Where to start? We got this installed in October 2016 and even the installation process for cumbersome. BUT, after using it for a while and trying out different cycles, we realized that all of our glasses come out dirtier than they go in. We don't know what causes this, it's mainly a phenomenon on our glasses. It's almost like dried tobacco stuck everywhere (with nothing even similar going into the dishwasher) and they need to soak in hot soapy water for a good while for the dirt to come off. Called Best Buy, they don't care and referred us to Samsung. Called Samsung, and after making me do tests and almost techy stuff, and after over an hour on the phone with them, they said it's a user error and we should try Cascade tabs - ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS? They wouldn't send out a technician, although I told them all our other appliances are Samsung; although I kept verifying that we are prewashing (much more than we ever have in the past), that we put stuff into the washer the correct way; although I got really upset. Nothing. Even spoke to a manager and he basically said the same thing. At this time, not even worth it anymore. Samsung is dead to us. We are washing our glasses in the sink now and probably invest in another dishwasher later this year. Great. Would not buy this or any Samsung product again. Awful on all levels.

Great capacity, very quiet, excellent cleaning. Very nice in black stainless.

We like the dishwasher. Looks great, very quiet, but the door isn't opening at the end of the cycle as it should. We've checked the manual and tried different things but it still isn't doing what it's supposed to do. We will contact samsung and see if its us doing something wrong or a problem with the unit.

Quiet running, but seems to run longer than I would think it would take.

Bought this on sale when my first Samsung dishwasher could not be repaired and more. Found this model and it works great. Fairly quiet and cleans well, no heater element but pops open to dry. I guess that saves energy. This model was available in white which is what we wanted. Recommend the 5 year extended warranty. It pays down the line.

Love the look. Cleans really well and is very quiet.

Wanted to look at other models and wanted all the appliances to match. Matching won. Nice and quiet, still can hear it a little, not like our old dump truck of a dish washer. It was worth it to go quieter. The only feature we are getting use to, is the door popping open to continue the drying process, otherwise, all good! Still bought the warranty:)

After checking and doing research, I decided to go with this model because it featured a lot of the high end components and features for a lot less money. I performed the relatively easy installation and WHOA! I set it to run a test cycle and had to check that it was on! It runs whisper quiet, but man does this thing clean some dishes! No complaints from me, at all!
