I can't say that I am very happy with the Samsung - StormWash dishwasher, My first problem with it is that the detergent door latch didn't stay closed. Even after I had the product serviced, it was still difficult to use. The problem that distressed me the most was that the exterior panel started to rust, ( very visible,). When I called to inquire about this, (the purchase was to help in resale of the home), I was told that a new panel was not covered by the warranty and replacing it would be more then $100. Don't buy one of these.

Really bad experience, after a 2 weeks that dishwasher was installed stop working, Best Buy replaced right away then 7 months later stopped working again, same error code, at that point Best Buy told me to contact Samsung... well, Samsung customer service tried to fixed twice and still it is not working, just tired of dealing with Samsung, they always tell me that someone will call me and my repair ticket had been escalated but still nothing yet... My recommendation is not to buy Samsung appliances anymore!!

This dishwasher is great. The sound is unheard of. I mean you can’t even hear it when it is on. I love it.

Great dishwasher. Washes everything perfectly the first time. The utensil rack on top is a great feature.

Needed to replace a 15+ year old fridge, ended up replacing all of our kitchen appliances. Went with Samsung because the oven was the best fit for the space. The dishwasher was quiet with a powerful wash and a spot-free rinse. Less than two weeks after delivery, we woke up with the machine beeping with a leak error code, and trying to go into rinse cycle. When we turned it off, it came on by itself and did the same thing. We unplugged it, called Best Buy and set up a product swap since it was less than 15 days from delivery. I can't imagine the same problem occurring with the replacement but we'll see.

This unit has great functional options, from the three adjustable racks to the different wash settings. However the racks themselves are somewhat cheaply made and squeak after only a few uses.

Excellent top of the range Samsung dishwasher. Very efficient, fast and free installation by Best Buy. Recommended.

After three years the day before the Fourth of July my dishwasher just stopped working if you go online and Google the model number there’s 10 pages worth of people with the same problem and still no recall from Samsung do not buy Samsung so far my dishwasher microwave and refrigerator have all gone all Samsung garbage

Bought with a set and it goes got also it very quite so unite you can here when it's now glad I spent the extra money for it

Got the floor demo unit --- for half the price! Excellent dish washer by a great brand like Samsung. Works like a charm.

I am loving the fact the it’s energy efficient. My water bill and electricity bill is drastically lower.

Recently bought it with all the matching Samsung appliances. The “black stainless steel” finish is awesome.

Overall a great dishwasher. I love the feature that auto opens the dishwasher to let it air dry as well.

This dishwasher is so quiet you don’t even realize its running. Also, cleans the biggest of messes on dishes.

In my opinion, Samsung is a great brand. My kitchen and laundry room are all Samsung products.
