great dishwasher....the extra rack is very helpful. It completes the set of appliances all bought from Best Buy

We have had no issues with this unit, the only thing was the feature that makes it pop open at the end in order to assist the drying process.... you're not sure if you have a ghost in the house until you realize what it's doing.

I did so much research and was confused. After purchasing, I love it! It is quiet, cleans thoroughly and is easy to use.

Blasts off stuck-on food, no need to pre-wash. Super quiet! No heating element for drying...like most modern ones. Bowls/larger items sometimes have some water dropplets, especially when not adding jetdry. Still...better than having cooked-on hard water/detergent stains like my old one made with its heating element.

runs nice and quite looks good, too. loads easy. like the pop open feature. Did that w/ my old one by hand

I love that it is so quiet, no loud noises, and my dishes are shinning and extra clean. The only thing that I'm still trying to get used to is the fact that the door opens automatically once the cycle has finished. it is very hot, so make sure kids are or pets are nor around.

A 5 star rating would have been given but the dishwasher does fall just shy and I can't give a 4.5. Many washers have a mini-disposer inside for food meant to eliminate (most) prewashing/rinsing. This one does not and needs to have its filter checked/cleaned manually. The top rack is awesome and a must-have feature. The adjustable height middle rack is great. When adjusting, you should reach in and spin the wash rotor to ensure it clears everything on the bottom. Plates and such on bottom can clear the spinner when pulling the rack in and out but may prevent it from rotating fully when running. Everything seems to fit, but if not checked closely, you end up with a dirty machine and funky dishes at the end of the cycle. Personally, I like the non-heated drying method that it uses. I really like the washer and haven't had any problems that weren't user error, so far!

Cleans dishes well, nice flatware rack, adjustable racks. Takes 3 hrs to wash, why? There is a problem with the install with the side brackets, they don't hold the washer in place well. Instructions for the brackets are non existent and the 800 number says to call an installer, no help.

We recently moved to a new home with a very expensive custome kitchen, however the appliance were dated. We have purchased the matching fridge previously and had to get this model. What's great is that upon completion of the cycle, the door pops open to help with energy efficient drying. Also. There are not many models in the market with the third layer to lay utensils down. Super quiet through all cycles. Had Best Buy do our install and were complete professionals (we have not had a bad experience).

I am very happy with the purchase of this dishwasher. It is very quiet when it is running. It cleans great and you have plenty of choices on the best way to clean your dishes. Only "negative" would be that only one side of the middle rack is tall enough for Tervis sized glasses so I have to leave it at the lowest setting. Not an issue for me as I am still able to load large pots and such below. Love the third rack for flatware and cooking/serving utensils.

We've had this for a couple of weeks and no complaints. It looks really sharp and works great. Also, There are many settings and ways that you can move around the racks inside so it's very flexible overall.

This is a great dishwasher that is super quiet. The only time that I can faintly hear it is when it is draining. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the door opening a bit wider than I would like for it to at the end of all cycles.

The item cam damaged at the beginning so that was disappointing. Of course Best Buy/Geek Squad can immediately and fixed it but seriously it should work perfect out of the box. It does a great job with the dishes and it is really really quiet!! Love the silverware tray on the top which makes it easy to put them away when they are clean. I would not hesitate to buy this one again just coming broke was a bit of a turn off.

Clean but not very silent, no longer need to rinse dishes before placing them to dishwasher

One week after the first machine was delivered it started to go on by itself flashing a LC code error. (Leak detector) although there was no sign of a leak. Best Buy immediately replaced the old machine and we discovered it did leak inside. Both machines washed the dishes wonderfully. There is plenty of room for the dishes and the third shelf for large utensils is great. It is so quiet you hardly know that is running unless you are very close to it.

I wanted third row dishwasher. I washed a few times so far its pretty clean and super quite.. I am happy so far.

Cleans wonderful, super quite. I love the flexibility of the racks, and the 3rd rack is great!
