Have had nothing but torment with this dishwasher. It doesn’t always power up. Sometimes it turns off in mid cycle. It’s nice and quiet, but the racks are cheap. Don’t think this one is going to last.

This dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher I've ever had. It's larger inside than my previous dishwasher. I can fit A LOT in it. Most loads take nearly 3 hours which was shocking at first but it cleans so well it's worth it. The black stainless surface does show fingerprints but they wipe off very easily. It's like a non-stick surface. We love it!

Cleans well. Not all plates fit so do measure your dishes. Would be nice if racks were adjustable. It is very very quiet. Love that. Kinda neat that the door opens to help finish drying

I love this new dishwasher, especially the top “3rd” shelf” for flat items. The only drawback is there is less room on the bottom for tall items. If I had known this, I would have upgraded to the newer side sprays instead of the standard spinning jets. Otherwise, it works great, and I love how quiet it is.

Dishwasher is fantastic. Easy to use, looks sharp and has many features. The first one Best Buy delivered was broken so it took almost another week to get another one to my house. I thought they may give me a little break on the price or throw in free installation for the inconvenience but that didn't happen. Keep in mind they knew it was broken before they even brought it into my house from the truck. Also, one of the utensil baskets had a broken lid (on the second, installed dishwasher). I called Samsung and after an hour on the phone they said it wasn't listed as a replacement part. It's not that big of a deal but when you pay this much for something new it would be nice if something wasn't broken.

The most important thing is how clean my dishes get. Love the look & features. The drying cycle, where the door opens, get all my dishes dry w/o any watermarks & the bonus, it's energy efficient! 3rd rack is awesome, didn't think it was necessary. Put lids, that are not dishwasher safe, my dish rag, sponge, small items & couldn't believe how clean they were. Now I can't live w/o 3rd rack. The sleek & modern look is perfect in my kitchen. I own a Samsung stove & together it looks like I had a kitchen makeover.

The dishwasher is extremely quiet. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. So far my one complaint is that I have been unable to figure out how to dry the dishes in a reasonable amout of time.

This unit cleans perfectly. Unfortunately, the drying function could be improved. It comes programmed to open the door before the drying cycle is completed to "improve" the drying function. We had to turn this feature off since it created a great deal of steam and we feared it could harm the cabinetry

This dishwasher looks better than it dries. My first time using the dishwasher my dishes were super wet and I had to hand dry them. However, something was wrong with that dishwasher. After getting a new dishwasher installed and finding out that I had to use a drying agent, things have been better. The dishes are still not totally dry once the cycle has finished but at least I don't have to hand dry them all. It does clean the dishes well. I would recommend the washer to others, especially if they were using a drying agent with their previous dishwasher. My previous dishwasher did not require a drying agent and all of the dishes were dry when the cycle completed.

I still have a lot to get used to but so far this dishwasher is doing what it is supposed to do. Very quiet and love the 3rd drawer for chop sticks and small items.

Easy to load and operate. So quiet it doesn’t disturb us in our open concept home. It is deep and extends past our counter which we don’t mind, but you might. Also the electrical outlet doesn’t have room to sit on the floor as ours was. $250 for electrician to move and update outlet and delayed install 4 days.

The dishwasher is very quiet. Love the many options and love the look of it in my kitchen. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

this is in my mind the best samsung dishwasher. has upper sil erware tray with great water dispersment. super quiet as well.

This dishwasher is exactly what we wanted...QUIET! Lots of extras we didn't need but are enjoying now that we have the choice.

Super quiet Cleans well but need to use booster for spots on glasses (Even though we have soft water) The finish under the handle chipped in a 1-inch spot within a year

Good dishwasher but the bottom shelf always seems to come off the track when unloading. Also you need to make sure you load the bottom shelf correctly otherwise large items will prevent the soap dispenser from opening up during cycle. Works well otherwise and seems pretty quiet while running.

Its a good dishwasher that cleans and rinses effectively. Removes all stains and residue from my silverware and glassware.
