I absolutely love how quiet this is. I can run a load after we have had dinner and still have a conversation. Our most important Game Changer was realizing that we could put the Dr. Brown's baby bottle parts and nipples on the third rack and they came out completely sanitized. We run this every night. We have had this for over 5 months without any issues or complaints.

Never had a Samsung dishwasher before cleans dishes perfectly and is easy to use and very quiet. Would recommend this to a friend.

This thing is great. It's super quiet and does an amazing job at cleaning. Dishes come out extremely clean. One catch for self install is it uses the hose that has the garden style fitting, not the 3/8. Also I saw many people complain about the water skirt in the front behind the kick plate. Not sure why people had an issue with it, I just pushed it behind the kick plate. The door opening at the end really works to dry the dishes but you can turn that feature off. The only drawback is I'm not sure how durable the top shelf is.Seems pretty light weight and not sure if it will last but it is great for making sure your silverware is clean.

A piece of the dishwasher came detached after less than 3 months and Samsung refused to cover it under warranty. The extra top rack for silverware is nice in theory, but it limits the space on the other racks, so it's impossible to fit a pot on the bottom rack and large cup on the top rack. The positioning of the prongs makes it difficult to fit pots and bowls on the bottom rack and cups on the top. The reason for the one star review however, is that in less than 3 months a metal frame inside the tub became disconnected from the wall of the tub, making it impossible to pull the bottom rack in and out without holding the metal frame piece in place. After experiencing a number of issues scheduling a service visit, the service technician said it couldn't be fixed, it had to be replaced. He called his company and after talking to them he said it was physically damaged and not covered by the warranty. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with Samsung trying to explain the dishwasher was damaged because their product came apart in less than 3 months, but they refused to cover it and kept saying it was cosmetic physical damage and not under warranty. It is bad enough to have issues with a brand new appliance that costs a significant amount of money, but to have to fight with the manufacturer who does not stand behind their product and denies warranty coverage for a 3 month old product is unacceptable.

We bought this dishwasher about two years ago and use it about 4 times a week for our small family. I love the top drawer for silverware, but my family is not crazy about it. It does take up space so that our large pasta dishes get in the way of the propeller, which is a slight problem and the reason for only 4 stars. The dishwasher washes fine; I have never noticed any negative issues with it. The electronics are easy to use, and the machine is very quiet. It plays a little song when it is finished, which is kind of charming.

Love the color and sleek design! Dirty dishes come out really clean and operates very quietly.

Plenty of space for any type is dishware. This is a very, very quiet while it is running. The only down side is, the Normal cycle take over 2 hours to run. The funny thing about this disk washer is, on the last 5 minutes of the drying cycle the door pops open. This helps the drying time.

It was finally time to replace our dishwasher and I'm so happy I chose this one. It's crazy quiet during the wash cycles and matches our brand new Samsung fridge perfectly. I also love how the door pops open at the end of the cycle - I normally run the dishwasher at night right before going to bed so now I don't have to wait around for it to finish to do it myself. No complaints at all about it!

Upgraded all Frigidaire appliances to Samsung's Black Stainless & at 1st I was thinking... what hefty prices, however I was able to complete the 4 piece set 1st the fridge, then the microwave, stove & last dishwasher) w/pretty good deals/sales & I feel like a winner. They are all beautiful! This dishwasher is super quiet. Although I usually run it at nite I did a quick rinse one day & was amazed at how quiet it was. Learned that most dishwashers these days no longer have the heated dry feature, this one does a great job w/the setting on which allows the door to open for faster drying. Works just fine. Haven't had to dry w/a towel nor are there spots. 3rd row comes in handy for utensils, cooking spoons & some lids. We luv it. Shame that a plug doesn't come w/. My guy is a super handy man so it was no biggie for him to connect the previous cord to the outlet we put in for the last dishwasher.

Dishes come out very clean. Its very quite and loving that. Lots of room. The 3rd rack comes in very handy.

I was skeptical about getting a Samsung dishwasher after reading many negative reviews about several other Samsung dishwasher models. But I was getting a refrigerator, microwave and range, too, and wanted them all to be the same brand. When I purchased this, it was a brand new model so I took a chance and so far, after having it for several months, I've had no issues and the dishwasher works great. It's super quiet, which is a huge plus for me. My old one was so loud I had to turn the TV volume up or go into another room.With this one, I don't even know it's on and often forget until it chimes when the cycle is over. I like that the door opens a few inches toward the end of the cycle. My dishes cool off and the dishwasher can be emptied much sooner than any previous dishwasher I've owned. I also love the third rack.

Replaced a 20 year old Whirlpool with this model. Night and day difference. This dishwasher is so much quieter than the old one. You can barely hear it! I washed all of our old glasses and dishes to see if I could see if they looked cleaner. Wow! Much cleaner and the glasses were spotless! We got this on sale for 599. Great deal!

A very quiet machine. Except for brief cycle changes it's less noisy than a refrigerator. Coming from an old Kitchen Aid dishwasher, we're not used to these long wash cycle times. However, it cleans very well. Drying is another matter. The door pops open after washing is complete and a small fan blows for a few minutes. If you wash in the evening best to leave the dishes in the washer with the door open all night. In the morning they're dry.

A lot of people said to buy a Bosch dishwasher. I read so many reviews. I was torn between a "good" dishwasher and one that matched. I'm pleased to say I got both with this choice!!! It matches my Samsung black stainless set, it's just as quiet as a Bosch, works great!!! I absolutely love the 3rd rack. We put all our silverware up there and completely removed the other silverware holder which gave us a ton of room on bottom rack. The settings are more than sufficient for us! Yes, most Bosch dishwashers offer way more settings which give them the high ratings but do you really NEED them? I like the music it plays when it's done. I like the forced air drying system. Great dishwasher!

This dishwasher is excellent!!! Very quite, cleans the dishes perfectly, even in economic mode ( one hour wash). The 3rd rack is so handy, it is easy to organize the utensils

Two things I do like: it is very quiet and it cleans the dishes well. My main issue with this dishwasher is how precise you have to be when loading. I have standard size dinner plates and can only really fit 3 without the top rack washer bar hitting them. Make sure you measure your plates and the space between racks/washer bar before you purchase this dishwasher. When it says it opens when done for drying, this is not an understatement. The dishwasher opens about 6 inches.

The third (top) drawer has been a great feature we have used more than we thought we would. Putting small and/or flat items there has been good. I haven't used the high pressure feature yet but the regular wash cycle has been great. We absolutely packed it the other day and everything came out clean and spotless. It is quiet, almost TOO quiet. The only noise coming from it when it is running is the sounds of the water being pumped out between cycles. There are no indicator lights on the front so, even with my hand on there door while it is running, it's hard to tell the washer is working. A progress indicator on the front would be nice. There is a digital time remaining clock but it's on the top of the door, with all of the rest of the controls, and only visible when the door is open. With that configuration it is useless unless you open the door. The door pops open several inches with about 10 minutes to go in the drying cycle. Even plastic is usually dry at the end of the run. However, it IS a bit disconcerting to be standing beside it when it opens. The handle is curved so it it hass less chance of causing bruising if run into. The ones with handles totally parallel to the front with attachments perpendicular to the machine have edges that can be painful if bumped. We have only had this unit about a month but have been pleased with its performance. A couple of tweaks and it would be outstanding.

When we discovered our old dishwasher had been leaking water, we knew it was time for a new one and wanted the leak sensor option. Other than we wanted the third rack and flatware basket not on the door. So that put us over $500. This one is very quiet, a huge improvement over the old one that came with our new house. Cleans very well and the pop open door feature (which I wasn't sure I would like but my husband wanted) does help dry quickly. It did take some getting use to finding placement for our plates, bowls and pans. (I don't like to handwash anything if I don't have to.) We got it on sale and my husband installed it fairly quickly.
