If you want true 4K HDR this is the way to go. Works great with a Samsung 4k tv!

Finally i get to experience TRUE 4k quality on my tv, i have directv but directv only has a handful of 4k channels WHICH I DONT HAVE & NEED! Hence, the only true way to get 4k content was via 4k movies, and this 4k player does just that! Love it!

This was part of the purchase for my parents new tv system. The blue ray player is easy to set up and does what it needs to do. It’s not difficult to maneuver and get through the menus. This one didn’t have WiFi but it wasn’t needed.

Though the box was gone and the player was slightly scratched. It works perfectly. I had been looking to get a new 4K Ultra HD player and this model is great. However it's dependent on a wired network connection if you want to stream anything. No WiFi here... which is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.

Bought this Blu Ray Player for my brother for his birthday and he really love watching his blu ray movies on this player. The picture is really realistic and colors are definite that it's enjoyable to watch off of this brand movies.

Menu of apps is excellent. Reacts fast to commands. Paired with a Samsung tv. Work well together, which is probably not a surprise.

Had trouble with first unit had to return it. Watching a movie on 4k disc and screen would just go black for about 5seconds and then come back on. Made sure update to latest firmware before using it! That wasn't the issue! Tried a couple movies regular Blu-ray,DVD,4k disc, bought new 4k certified hdmi cable no luck problem was not resolved!Called Best buy and returned it for another of the same model. This one did it too! Contacted Samsung support. No help there!!! Anyway to get to the point. If any of you have the same issue go into settings on the Blu-ray player itself and reset the unit from there. Did it and been working fine so far! Watched a few movies after reset and no more issue! 4k video on this and my Samsung 4k tv AMAZING!!!!
