everything you need at a great price if you're buying this player you already have a smart TV so no point in getting the next model up

Not being use to the new technology, it took a bit of research to figure out how to feed an analog system with the digital audio output. However, once accomplished it seem fairly simple to use.

I purchased this for a gift and to my surprise it had to be connected to the internet through an Ethernet cable. I guess I just assumed every 4k player was Wi-Fi compatible. Needless to say, I can't physically hook this up to my modem so it was returned for a wireless Samsung version. I'm sure it was top quality. Samsung is the only brand I buy.

The player had trouble communicating with my Samsung smart tv during the initial set-up. It took a few attempts before I could get it to work with my system. The device provides quality video even when viewing a regular DVD and the blu-ray and 4K streaming is amazing.

Purchased this due to issues with my Xbox One S, and I'm not disappointed. A few patches back on the Xbox One S, the color gamut was changed and all of my movies looked overly bright and washed out in the reds and blues. Tried several different calibrations on my SAMSUNG 4k TV and when my movies looked right, my TV viewing was way out. Checked the forums and sure enough, Microsoft changed the color gamut and HDR wasn't right. Purchased this player on sale and never looked back. My colors are correct and movies look and sound astounding. This unit doesn't have WIFI, but who cares. Everything else in my set up is smart, so adding another device isn't a concern.

I purchased this player along with a ultra hd tv on Black Friday. So far we are very happy with our purchase. The picture is great! I would highly recommend this blu-ray player.

I've been very happy with the picture quality on this player. The only thing I wish it included was a timer on the front of the display to indicate how far along the movie is. I know I can get this information through the on-screen controls, but that requires more effort.

This 4k BluRay player is top of the line. I recommend you purchase if you have a Samsung TV.

I bought this as an open box. The only thing I was disappointed about it, the remote was not included. Even though it said it was, but I had an extra Samsung DVD remote and it worked. No harm and it works great in my man cave

This is a really good player. It was a breeze to set up and works perfectly with our new Samsung TV. It is very easy to use. Thanks to our tech specialist at Best Buy for recommending it.

Unless you want 3D BluRay player, this is the excellent choice to play 4K UHD, regular DVD

Perfect Blu-ray player! Love all the options available with this player. Did not realize it needed a 4K hdmi cord though. No big deal but didn’t even know there was such a thing.

I am thoroughly satisfied with this player. It is simple, quiet and has very nice picture quality. The remote is small and does not have light up buttons. My only, minor complaint.

It’s may not be the top of line DVD player and I really hate that Samsung stop making DVD players. I think it’s good for the money especially when you purchase on sale.

Purchased this to replace my older model that gave up the ghost. Very happy with the clarity and color that it produces. Tempted to replace all of my older models with one.

This is a good 4K player. I did return due to I can get an X-Box 1s for a better price.
