Bought this on sale...last one in the store. After using it solidly for several months, I understand why it was the last one in the store! No issues whatsoever.

The samsung streaming 4k ultra hd blu-ray player provides a crisp, clean image of the movie you're playing. It works great.

needed to upgrade from an older Blu-ray to UHD and i didn't need wifi and was able to read my hard drive with movies on it, no problems at this point!

Needed a new 4k for my new TV but could not decided on one. Wife picked this one out and I have to say she did good! Lots of features and excellent quality.

We didn’t need anything fancy. This does everything we need it to do. Didn’t need it to be able to stream, so this was a great player for the price.

This does everything you would expect of a player these days. It has smart functions built in. Great compatibility with Samsung TVs. The price on these have come down considerably but still more than should be IMO.

Just when you thought movie quality couldn't get any better...The sound, the picture and the clarity is beyond belief. Makes it feel as if I'm in the theater.

This is a Christmas gift for the family so it hasn't been opened yet.

I would have given it 5 stars but whomever packed the unit forgot to put the remote in the box and also did not even unplug the system to safely package it in the box! However, the unit works like a charm with my universal remote.

I like how it switches input sources and back after it is shut off.

I have had great results with this player. Fantastic picture quality. I only wish it had wi-fi connectivity for updates.

Every device in my house is Samsung. I feel they have the best products for the price. This blue ray player is no exception. Love,love,love it.

Upgraded from a 3D Bluray for my QLED and was really amazed with the picture quality. Thanks to the Best Buy Team for the education before I purchased it.

Great player. It was an open box purchase. So I figured there may be some issues. All was great. Then the remote was for a different player. Other than getting up and manually using the buttons on the box all is good.

Had a cheaper unit first. Didn't care for the performance so I upgraded to this unit. Couldn't be happier. Pairs great with our Samsung UHD TV.

We bought the Blu-ray player as an add-on to the 4k TV. Samsung makes an excellent product, picture quality is phenomenal and I would highly recommend!

i been enjoying my fav movies with this 4k player, the picture is crystal clear and sounds amazing. And a 4k resolution when watching netflix, hulu ect.
