Good unit, bad remote !

I called Samsung's help line and found out that they are going to replace the remote for free but it will take 6 to 8 weeks before I will get it in the mail, in the meantime I can not use all of the functions !!! NOT HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
