After a time, less than a year, the machine will start stalling on some Bluerays it previously played without issue. Eventually it stops playing the discs completely and I have to replace them. And it will not play a special features disc that is separate from the feature film. Other than that, great player!!

Great 4k player at the price

Hooked right up, and so far (just a couple movies thru it) it works very well. Even the up-scaled Blu-ray discs looked brighter when viewed. Note I wasn't worried about it not being wi-fi as our tv is....

We can't seem to get the Wired internet to connect to our wireless network, but haven't really tried since our SmartTV already has all the apps that we need. It plays all discs correctly and without any delays or skipping.

I haven't experienced any of the problems reported by others, but I also haven't tried anything fancy with it: no internet, no firmware updates, etc. I picked it up because I had BD from a company that would not play on my older Motorola and wanted to see if a newer player would resolve this; it did. For what I need, it is fine.

I feel the bearings are going out of this brand new player! I will return it very soon! Actually, I have not played one whole movie on it yet. SO, how does that make this product trustable???
