Bought this 4K Blu-ray player on sale. Fast loading and good remote. Only thing it’s not WiFi you have to use the Ethernet port. Which is fine since I use it as my main player and steaming device. Fast menu scrolling and loading.

Picked this up as an open-box item at Best Buy. It's as good as new. Don't have any UHD Blu-Ray's to test it with yet. It plays standard DVD's fine and integrates well with my Samsung TV remote. Only complaint is that it seems super sensitive to fingerprints on disks and will get hung up. Cleaning the disks resolves this.

It works well. I love it. Well worth the money. :)

No problems with product very good picture quality

Awesome 4k Blu-ray player that will play regular DVDs as well. Personally, my player does get a bit loud when spinning up a Blu-ray disc but that is a minor issue. Runs well and have had no real problems.

I bought this player in January of 2018, and I have not once regretted it. It's was simple to set up, easy interface, and great playback quality. It does not have wifi, but I didn't need it with a smart TV and a ps4

I bought this to go with the TV located right next to my router. Works great, and easily plugged into the router, so no wifi needed. The remote works seamlessly with my Samsung tv, no programming was needed.

Upon purchasing a new TV I felt I may as well go ahead and get a new Blu-Ray player as well! Have had for several months now and have had no problems at all! Ended up getting more bang for my buck! :-)

Worked well for the couple of days I had it. I returned it not due to its functionality, as it worked exceptionally, but due to a compatibility issue with the receiver I wanted to pair it with.

I liked this blurau player's capabilities and it was on sale for a good price. I wasn't able to setup the smart features since I couldn't connect to the internet via a wired connection but I didn't really need those features. They should've made this player able to connect wirelessly.

I really don't have anything to compare this player to, as this is the first 4k Blu-Ray player I've had, but I can say after reading different reviews across the interewebs, this player does not disappoint.

This is a great unit, especially for the price. The smart menu is fast and clean and it streams Netflix, Amazon & Hulu very well. It doesn’t have WiFi but my TV & all my gadgets are hard wired anyway.

Replaced both my 4 year old 46" Samsung TV and $59 dvd player at the same time. This Blu-Ray player is easy to set up and run. Picture Quality with 4K Blu-Ray Ultra discs is phenomenal and true to life.

works great with our new 65 inch Samsung 8500 curved tv.we have always been very pleased with what we buy at best-buy in Mankato mn Geek Squad service is really great.also like the exnt.service plans.

Had a hard time getting lip sync between tv and sound bar to match up

Looks great on Sharp 4k 70", sounds great through Denon receiver. Can't complain. I have the hard wire Cat6 in the house so glad to find this unit, on which I saved a couple dollars vs the WIFI version.

Bought this to go with my Samsung 4K smart TV but it wasn't smart enough to communicate with the TV, I kept getting a wired connection failed message. I returned it and bought a Sony with Wi-Fi that works great. The wireless Samsung might have worked too but the store didn't have one in stock.

Plays Blue Ray and DVD's great. My only complaint is the buttons are a little hard to use, so I just use the remote. And, sometimes when I start a movie, the captions are on and I have to go back to the menu and turn them off. Maybe it's a default setting I can find.
