I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the user experience.
Please note that the M7500’s default “Auto” setting will automatically set the player’s output resolution to match your display’s highest resolution. However, you can manually change the resolution setting to 2160p, 1080p, 720p, or 480p by going to Home>Settings>Picture>Resolution. Please click on the link below, and refer to page 18 of your user manual for complete details.
